Flash sale, RRP: £170.00. I've looked around and it seems that a lot of places have this around the RRP mark so this seems like a good deal. Reviews are healthy considering it's an entry level system, a lot of bang for buck here. Remember 5% Quidco.

The V-Fit STB/09-4 Folding Weight Training Bench (inc. Leg Lift, Fly, Squats, Preacher Pad, Lat Tower) is a top of the range bench which improves on its previous model with a Preacher Pad and Lat Tower to extend your training possibilities. It has a sturdy steel frame trainer with deep padded seats and backrest for comfortable training. The bench also includes a walk-in squat rack, removable pec dec, bench press, leg extension and crunch/sit-ups.

You can only use a 5ft bar, so very limited to what you can do.
I had one of these before I got my power rack, its unstable if you lift more than 50/60kg tbh

My parents bought me this. About 3 or 4 year ago. It's ok, and I was benching 110kg on my 5ft bar, for a 1 rep max. So can hold more weight, than what the person said in this thread. It is how ever, very flimsy in the metal supports, that hold the feet and the base together. Which goes across in a diagonal. For money this isnt great value at all, considering what I posted a couple months ago.
You can get allot cheaper starter benches. Also that lat pull down, which i didnt have. Is a waste of time. as it wont be able to take to much weight, and will make the bench more unstable, considering where it slots into.
Also this bench isnt really folding. If you get into weights, you will be needing to replace this in 3 or 4 years. As you will buckle and bend the metal.
If you can afford a bit more and find one anywhere I really recommend this, I could not fit a full size rack in my new place a few years back so got this amazon.co.uk/Ima…ZJO

Solid as a rock with 150kgs + on it and the high/low pull is excellent with 80kg + used without a murmur.......
