How can £390 for a hoover ( yes, I know it’s Vacuum cleaner) be seen as a good deal?!

When the RRP is over £500...

Also the V8 is amazing - we just upgraded from the V6 and so very glad (can’t say I’d spend this much though- brother in law works for Dyson...)

It's a Dyson Hoover
It says Dyson v8? Is it v8 animal as it's selling at £369 or v8 absolute£515 if I click lower down it says v8 total clean? But that should be over £500 this could be a good deal depending on which version?
with further info it should be £549 so this is a very hot deal you are saving £170 by adding the carpet cleaner satchel!!!! Trouble is it finishes tomorrow.

It's the:
Dyson V8 Total Clean Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
very helpful
This is just ridiculous! Not even a full "Hoover" that can be used to clean a whole. House without spending more time emptying it than cleaning the actual house. Probably OK, if you actually live in a shoe box and only half of it carpeted!

You clearly don't have one of these beauties
It's a great vacuum, but only a fool would pay the £500+ rrp. The only difference between the Total Clean model and the Absolute, which is usually a couple of hundred £ less, are a a pair of non essential tools and a bag to put them in.
Personally, I picked up a refurb Total Clean for £310 from the Dyson eBay outlet, which seems like a decent price and only £30 more than the refurb Absolute. Still available as I type.

What arrived looked like a brand new machine, but with 1 year warranty instead of 2

I prefer the colour of the absolute v8 than the others it goes better with my decor so I can was happy to pay the extra
Wouldn't be daft enough to even consider it 😜 I'd rather polish my car than spend my time having to constantly empty a kids vacuum!
Thank god for the advice of those in the know. Ill be switching back to my corded one now, and no mistake.... dispite my many reasons for preferring the Dyson

If you order direct from Dyson you will have 35 days trial period, if you are not happy you will benefit from free return and full refund!!! Hope this will help for someone.

Well, if you haven't tried it then your advice is useless.
Who said I haven't tried?

And anyway, got the Dyson big ball animal, which was picked for around £200, which was definitely worth the money. However, I Would not be spending this money on something 10% the capacity (yes, exaggerated) for that sort of money!

Hence, that renders your comment useless.

Good bye

So far what you wrote shows a complete lack of experience with this vacuum cleaner. I doubt you have it but you won't say one way or the other.
