I suppose it looks good but a coolbox would do the same?

As would a 50p cooling pack in a supermarket cool bag, or one wrapped in a bath towel.
Depends if you are looking for looks and sophistication or sheer functionality, that applies to about 95% of items anyone EVER buys!

It looks a bit small for anything but the meanest BBQ, and to be honest you need to let meat warm up to ambient temperature to get it to cook well, so not much use for that, but I can see it as being very useful for something like seafood which because of it's texture and smaller size warms up very quickly and the bugs grow madly on it!

You could also use it indoors or out to keep your caviar well chilled :whistling:

Price is excellent, OK a bit limited what use it has, but could be useful in some situations, hot vote for me, but I don't think I will buy one as my garden is so small I can get in to the fridge pretty easily!

Or a fridge.
You need a freezer for the coolpalte anyway.
