Anything from Manchester?

Air pollution
brilliant deal. now, just need to find someone to share with, who will last until february 2020, as that is a life time away when it comes to love life

then i got the additional problem of what to do with hubby
I want to buy, depends whether I can take the risk on whether she'll dump me by then and I'll have to drag one of the boys to share a double bed...

I stayed at the sister hotel, pod 39, last February. Very nice but small (which was to be expected for NYC) the waking tours that depart from the lobby for free and very good and we really enjoyed the tour of lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn bridge.
Do me a favour they will be to busy eating all this easter chocolate I have bought and melted into different shapes
Stuff that she getting the usual - 4 cans of Fosters and a chippy tea ! End of .

Went in March and it was freezing. Didn't see a temperature above 0°c for 3 days

But the week before and the week after was about 8-11°c

Point is you can't predict NYC weather, but it's likely to be cold

I was there in February and it never went below freezing. But been before in the winter and -20 with wind chill.
Can someone find me a good deal for next June time?
Why this hotel - better than the rest listed?

The hotel seemed to have better reviews but worth looking at the other hotels. The Pod Times Square was cheaper and also good reviews but was bunk beds rather than a double bed.
Did valentines feb 2018. Really enjoyed it (and took the kids). Very cold but crisp days. I’ve told her it’s all down hill from that trip for future valentines...

I agree... so cold in Feb that the lake in Central Park was frozen solid! On a positive note, it does keep a lot of the seedier characters away from Times Square so it’s actually quite pleasant! Been Feb and April ... the difference is staggering!

Pod 51 will be walkable to Central Park is about 20mins but the park is huge so depends where to wanted to go. Time square is further and probably with using the subway (if you’re brave) or a hop on hop off tourist bus. I found the subway fun but it’s a little complained with express trains and Very Dirty!!

Can book mid march for only £20pp more over 7 nights... worth doing to get bit nicer weather? Same hotel
Subway is really easy, but if research before and you’ll know what to expect..
