So wished I had seen this a few weeks agoafter doing the kitchen- used a jigsaw, and while it was perfectly fine the dust was a pain! Heat added

Agree with you, have fitted 2 laminate floorings and waiting for a new kitchen to be fitted. Looking at pulling bars and came across this by fluke, good make, good reviews and decent price. Could get your money back on eBay if you sell it on.
I have fitted three bedroom floors using this to cut the laminate, works well and without the mess!

P.S does hurt if you kick it in your socks (you have been warned)

Says can easily cut upto 10mm in the description.
Did you use for say 12mm or 14mm thickness laminate. I was wondering if it can be used may be with some force, for cutting 12mm.
Is it a deal?
What is the usual price?

No, does not appear to be discounted nor on offer so has no place here!

Unless the OP can convince otherwise, this needs removing!

Sorry OP

Do you think I can cut MDF skirting board (14.5mm x 119mm) with this?

Honestly, get a cheap mitre saw with +-45 degrees. You'll thank me.
£50 should do it. (got mine from b&q).
Perfect cuts and no fupping about.
Just pay attention and flip the skirting board the right way.

Edit - You really want a double bevel, but you'll never find one for £50, so single bevel do (with the upside down backwards flipping to get the right cuts).
And a get a sliding one.

I can't find a sliding Mitre Saw for less than £100, would a non sliding one be wide enough to do skirting (14.5mm x 119mm)? I would be grateful for a link if you have one? Cheers

I had a look but non sliding ones seemed to cap out at 12.5mm cut width.
The one I bought from b&q for £50 was this one (last year) but seems I got particularly lucky on the price for a sliding saw.
Sorry about that. Hadn't realised how good a price I got.
