There's a bunch of significantly reduced air fryers right now at B&M from unknown brands at £24.99 to Salter @ £39.99 and Tefal for £49.99. Both online and instore. I personally have the most expensive Philips I could find, but for the rest of you, these could be a real luxury. Contributing this because it's good to put back into the community. Enjoy ;-)

I'm shocked your sarcasm radar hadn't shown something, however faint, light up.
I personally have a Wilko own brand air fryer that cost me £25. Cannot fault it. Did have a Philips one which cost close to £100 and, for the difference in cost, not worth it. The Wilko one cooks great fries. I use McCain's which have a coating on them. Have also used Aldi's own brand fries and they are also good. Pizzas, fish, chicken, etc all cook great.
Are they hard to clean though like the old fryers? They got a greasy coating on them after a bit that was almost impossible to remove, so just ended up taking it to the tip.

Quite possibly. I'm not quite an air fryer expert but did own a Morphy Richards until it packed in after 7 months. My £300 Philips XXL though has a few innovations as it's the latest version: Easy clean and dishwasher friendly parts, slide out cooking drawer, will fit a medium sized chicken which will feed a family (whilst still smaller than a microwave) and things definitely seem crispier because of the air circulation and fat draining enhancements. Downsides are that it will kick out smoke into the room from the food and it could be a tad quieter. The £300 will quickly become <£200 once you sign up for an account and go through Quidco.

Your post was and is condescending and you know it.

It’s cold from me and you know that too.

There’s not much else I can add really except you’ve chosen to stand by your post - good for you.

The people will make their own minds up.

Peace out

I think it's just safer for me to write bland and politcally correct posts in future so here we go: "B&M, cheap air fryers from £20, get them while they're hot."

Sadly I have to agree most of society are sheeple now brainwashed and incapable of humour, humility, reasoning they just love to argue and vent - its a sign of the times - most of them are men on here frustrated with their lot in life - married to the wrong woman with nightmare feral kids , married to a big fat blob of blubber with zero chance of sex,no money , single and frustrated, in a job they hate and should never have started - take your pick - they come on social media to vent their frustrations in life - me I just come to take the jimmy riddle cos Im perfect and everyone else is an ar$e

Never tried one, but maybe you should try rapeseed oil in it. A proper fryer is much easier to clean if you only use rapeseed oil, as it doesn't form a thick sticky coating after a couple of fryings resembling glue that hasn't cured properly.

I bought the hash brown fries you mentioned - very good indeed. Thank you for bringing something positive to the table (so to speak). They are too good so will however have to go on the black list of foods I would abuse worse than a junkie.
If I can bring one smile a day then my job is done lol

Yeah it wont be long before the price goes up - even my fussy burd loves them!
Or like the Iceland Meal For One Chicken Tikka Lasagne 500g or the Viennetta Mint Ice Cream Dessert 650ml or Grace Sweet Plantain Chips Unsalted 85g they will disappear never to be seen again lol

Have you tried the hot dog stuffed crust pizzas from iceland - magic on a plate!
Aldi do one but its orrible!
