Great if your store still has them:(
Mine had some great deals on multiple sets but after breaking my hip, they're all gone and 90% of the discounted stock is gone and done have gone back to original prices ...
Great while it lasted

Having visited 2 stores yesterday, they had plenty of stock on the cheaper brand

Whatever happened to good old fashioned KNOCKERS

I would use door knockers if I could believe me, have uPVC doors, mostly glass double doors, wouldnt suit. Had so many wireless doorbells, every single one had issues, stopped working or drains battery to quickly. Had a wired one decades ago. 2 batteries would last over a year. These wireless ones best I got was 3 weeks from 4 batteries (Duracell's), one was a week. Never buying them again. People need to watch out, I know there's mains powered ones now but imagine how much energy its using when it should be using a fraction of it. Current one is voxon. This one drains batteries in a week.

Many delivery people seem to have become scared of them, or maybe just think they're purely decorative.
It's all very strange...
Buyers be aware these "bell push"s are not "door bells"

The £6 one that as actually includes the 'door bell' is poorly made tat

Now you know

Dodged a bullet, better options elsewhere regarding price to performance ratio, as usual for b+q

Yes knock first, then look for the bell later.

I think our companies pay Chinese peanuts and they give us sesame! I have had exactly the same experience. I just ask friends to knock at windows and I peep through the triple glazed to see who's cold calling. I never open my front porch. Instead, I get my delivery via my triple glazed window. Same very nasty cold caller signalled me to open the door, I shook my head, he told me to take it easy and was really nasty. Imagine what's he's like if I had let him in!

We’ve not scared of them. But we can’t always tell if they’re working or not. Either the sounder is too far away that we can’t hear it or the traffic noise is too loud. In which case we knock and ring.

What does breaking your hip have to do with door bells being out of stock
So annoyed with the quality of door bells on sale in this country. Even the well known brands manage to be utterly useless most of the time.

Lack of driving for 6 weeks meant they had gone but don't stress yourself, my old age meant I was in the wrong store anyway... so it's not just the hip breakage that was "irrelevant",
i like it when people ring my bell it make me happy and £4 bargain

They are non PC now, you'll need to watch reruns of The Two Ronnies, fortunately there's plenty on YouTube I've been told whereby you can find eye catching Décolletage.
