Cetirizine and Loratidine both available in 30's for 69p. A year's supply for £10.27 including delivery.

Seen other threads for cheap hayfever tablets but just bought a year's supply here myself. Seems like a good price. Suspect this may be the same as the ones on MSE but haven't verified.

Items come as loose blister packs with flattened boxes and guidelines.

I suffer from dust mite allergy quite bad which means I'm constantly buying tablets to help alleviate the symptoms.
this sort of deal looks interesting, which tablets are the best non drowsy option?

certirizine only affects a few people but loratadine affects none. deals like this seem good but there's usually a max quantity limit and with postage costs on top it's usually cheaper on amazon.

Usual thing is to find the one that suits you best. Get a couple weeks worth of each and see how you get on.

Loratadine does make some people drowsy, but it's less likely than with Cetirizine.

Both are pretty OK but loratadine is slightly better in that regards

Yup, Amazon is cheaper, where I get mine
I got 6 months supply of loratadine and cetirizine (I have to take both, as well as prescription one, because my hay fever is severe) from PharmacyFirst for £7. Absolute bargain, and they work perfectly.

I suffer from hayfever. I take Fexofenadine 180mg, helps alot, just before i get the hayfever symptoms.
I suffered from hayfever for approx 30 years since a teenager. I stumbled on a cure by complete accident when I bought a smoothie maker to improve my five a day. I make my smoothies usually with the ingredients below and have one for breakfast made the night before as I start work early. After doing extensive reading online it looks like my immune system was toxic. Any allergens were sending my histamine levels through the roof.

The oats are known to help with allergies involving inflammation. The berries contain vitamin C and flavanoids which act as both natural antihistamines and antioxidants. The seeds are high in Omega-3 fatty acids which are also beneficial to allergy sufferers.

Add in the following order or the seeds will stick to sides. Blend for 30 seconds twice. Add more almond milk if too thick. I prefer a thicker smoothie as it keeps me satisfied up until dinner time.

1 Banana cut into 1 inch pieces (I freeze them when their spotty)
1/2 cup of berries of your choice (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries. Aldi's is the best place to buy frozen fruit, blackberries only available from Tesco).
1 Pink Lady apple chopped and cored (cheap combined apple corer and chopper from IKEA).
1 cup of unsweetened Almond milk.
1/2 cup of Moonflake fast oats pre cooked day before in 1 cup of water. Make batches, leave to cool, keep in fridge (Asda or Morrisons £2.17 for 2Kg)
2 small handfuls of baby leaf Spinach.
1 tsp of Flax seeds (Tesco).
1 tsp of Chia seeds (Tesco).

Sometimes I omit the apple and replace with five or six small chunks of mango or pineapple (Aldi frozen section).

Sorry if it's a bit long winded but I really needed to share this after all my allergy suffering. This recipe has transformed my health and life in the summer months. I also now have no reactions to dust mites and cats. Just wish I'd found it sooner.
