Hello HUKDers

Well, when I found this I pondered, but having looked through the tracklisting this is a great excuse to relive songs from our childhood (if you are 30/40 something and have a toddler/small children). Some absolute kids classics on here by some absolute stars. Awesome IMO.

"The power of music to transport you to another place is one of the many great joys of the art, and few CDs do it as successfully as this triple-disc collection. These songs unravel the years, bring adults their childhood back. The innocence, wonder, instinctive desire to discover, simple joy of being alive they're all still there in the back of your mind, just waiting for Arthur Askey's Bee Song, Pinky & Perky's Hokey Cokey and Charles Penrose and his Laughing Policeman to unlock them. Like a toy box tipped out, the colours and sounds of playtime spill forth, each offering its own peculiar delight, be it Rolf Harris's engaging story on Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport or the enchanting wonder on Flanders & Swann's The Gnu Song. Any one of the 60 tracks here can whip up a moment of sheer joy. Oh, and kids will love it too."
