I think the Chinese have a more comprehensive range on especially the newer American aircraft....
Great, I can finally fix the brake pads on mine as they're squeaking quite a bit on landing and my neighbours are having none of it.
£125m for a Typhoon fighter jet and you have to buy the user manual separately ? ¿

Cant find one for the harrier jump jet, which is a shame as ive just developed an oil leak and the neighbours are complaining that its dripping onto their english lightening when i take off.

I doubt if anyone's garden is big enough to build it in.
Not sure which one to go for as all mine are still under warranty.

Bought the Vulcan and Astute editions from the Lakeside branch today, a good read for the price.

Surely these should be highly confidential???

Just like Apple, it's how they make extra money off us for the accessories!

Of course they are! You will find the words "For Your Eyes Only" stamped on the first page.
Thanks, really need to do that cam belt change on mine.
Was at Scottish air show on sun and the typhoon was star of the show
I have a good collection of these, always quality reads. Lots of information, pictures and illustrations not easily found elsewhere even online. I highly recommend any of the spacecraft/rocket manuals as a big fan of that sort of thing.

Would that be the 'English Electric Lightning' by any chance? Just speculating based on a few flimsy clues in your failed attempt at humour.

Perfect for my Boeing 707 in garage...been 2 years without an oil change!
Can you send me a link for the USS Enterprise guide as scotty pinched my copy. Thanks, Spock
Yeah. Was wondering where the sump plug was in mine too. There goes the full dealer service history
Thanks, got the Vulcan one for someone I know will really appreciate it
Enter code DEL10 for free delivery over 10 pounds
Every time I see the euro fighter I can't help think it looks like a design from the 70s or 80s they just looked at the Saab or Mirage for inspiration
I ordered the Captain Scarlet Spectrum Agents (annoyingly a paperback despite most Haynes manuals being hardback) and McLaren MP4/4 manuals for 12 quid with the free delivery code and a further 12% off using my HSBC Visa card (The Works is one of this week's Visa Offers). A shame the Millennium Falcon manual is 15 quid, otherwise I've have gone for that.

Eurofighter Typhoon not RAF Typhoon

Well, the RAF Typhoon has some differences to the Luftwaffe Typhoon, Spanish Air Force Typhoon etc. So it's probably incorporating those.

I believe there's elements where these are factually wrong, they also don't go into enough detail to give anything worthwhile away. At least, that's what I've heard....

That's because it is a design from the 80's. What do you expect, an aircraft that had it's first flight in 1996* to be a design from 1995?

It's a replacement for the Sepecat Jaguar; aircraft lifecycles from design to retirement are typically over half a century! Or in the case of the B52, a century!

*I think. Production not prototype.
Amazon are selling some of these for £6 as well

At least it works I suppose unlike the F35 !

What's the free delivery code?

Edit: Nevermind, I'm guessing it's the 'FREETEN' code valid until 3PM (minimum spend of £10).

My brother maintains the wings, engines and landing gear etc on these "Euro Fighters" in the RAF and would probably laugh at this. I'll buy a copy and let you know his thoughts when he sees it.. Should be interesting!

I hate it when that happens.
These'll come in handy...
I don't get it, is this in case we ever happen to have to fix one on the driveway rather than takes it to Honest Joe's garage down the road?
