Be very careful with dialaphone's redemption deals. They will do anything they can to avoid honouring them. You'll often have to send things recorded delivery before they'll admit to having received them.

Hmmm, tempted as contracts for wife & I run out soon.
I've always got my contracts from shops as I didn't trust the many internet sites offering cashback etc.
This looks like an established company, just wondering if anyone has personal experience of dealing with them?

I've had 4 dialaphone phones now - and recommended a further 4 - never had any problems with redeeming and would recommend to anyone! So long as you have the voucher in on time, with a copy of your most recent bill, your laughing all the way to the bank!

Thanks meispete for the feedback too

I have bought from Dialaphone before. I have to admit as far as cashback is concered and as long as your sending bills in on time and via RECORDED POST they are the BEST!

I had an issue with them at one point and sent in a letter telling them how I hated their customer service advisors on the phone. They got someone to call me and handle the issue - this one person was very efficient and made many calls back to me to reassure me that the problem will be fixed.

Eventually it was fixed, as long as its sent via Recorded Post no problems.

:whistling: However on the other hand ONESTOPPHONESHOP - I only have 2 words to tell you about them: STAY AWAY!!!

They are the worst as far as cash back is concerned! Onestopphoneshop are a total waste of time - their customer service take the p**s and are extremely rude.

Excuse my french.
