I normally go for the Maxell branded cells with the same capacity (~230mAh) for about half the price of this from other auction-based websites. They are my go-to.

I usually get a pack of 10 each year for bike lights for £1.69 shipped from ebay. No stealth tax needed. I reckon they last about 80% as long as the fancy branded ones but they're 50% of the price.

For some individuals it's important to buy high quality batteries because they use them for critical purposes like garage-door key fobs, or Tile location trackers. German-manufactured Varta batteries are ideal in these scenarios.

It's nice to hear that you buy an alternative brand of batteries from ebay, at a cheaper price, for the lights on your bicycle.

Take a tip from me and keep a spare one in your car.

And a half brick in your pocket so you can smash a side window to get to the battery when you can't unlock your car??

Yup. And a pack of 10 should last a while.

Too many fakes Maxell batts on the other auction based website.. I'd rather trust Amazon's ones..

I guess it is a good deal if a person needs to buy the most expensive version of the product available. My garage door fob battery lasts ages and I know when to replace it because I have to be a bit closer to trigger it. So I wouldn't call it critical, personally.

You can't compare cheap CR2032's to these - also, 90% of Maxell batteries are fake (check the engraving quality, if it's absolutely perfect quality, they MIGHT be genuine). Personally, I'd rather pay a little more and get what I'm paying for.

BTW, nearly all fake / cheap CR2032's are okay in low current devices, put them in anything that needs a clean current (some key fobs, z-wave fobs etc), they'll either die quickly or fail prematurely...
You can get similar in Pound land. Does the same job.
I still have about 100 of these from a deal about 10 years ago 😬 maybe I should sell them off...

Thanks for the average price display of the last 50 Amazon price changes. A different summary box to mine. I guess it's all about the settings.

There is always a key in the fob to get in the car and your supposed to hold the fob above the engine start button to start the car If fob battery is flat but I can tell you from experience that didn’t work in my case with a Nissan.

I'll give you £3.66 for 10 delivered.
Just ask your bank for a card reader they usually have two cr2032 batteries in them for free.

Not sure what "enttauscht" means but I can sort of guess.
Reviews don't seem too well on these. I hated the IKEA ones I had for the car remote, had to replace them quite frequently. Trying out a Duracell one at the moment.

I was referring to 10 batteries used overtime as a CMOS battery on a motherboard.
