sorted byI'm with you, on the make for free idea, but it really only works if you have the facilities, time and skill - which is not always the case. This looks nice for the price, until we can all afford saws, mitre saws, planes, sanding equipment, surface finishing materials and fixings. This looks to have turned legs, so you might want to throw a lathe into the mix as well (edited)

Maybe the laminate used on these is better than some used by other companies, all I know is these things are solid.
