Great Deal for anyone looking to Lease a New car.

I have quite a high mileage so under 200 a month ex vat for 20,000 miles a year. but if your a low user its just £168 + vat for this top end astra.

Deposit is 3, 6. 9 or 12 months depending on your situation but working it out 3 months works out slightly cheaper overall.

Its a 2 year lease so new car every 2 years.

Could you run through the maths for me please?

Maybe I'm being thick, but I can't get it anywhere near £2903.04...

WhatCar deprecation calculator shows the depreciation for the first 2 years of this car from list price as £9000.
So, even given the fact that nobody with any sense pays list price for a new Vauxhall, paying only £5K for those first 2 years is a stonking good deal compared to a purchase.

Hot.
Typically you can source this car with about a 35% discount off the list price. I don't know if that makes it a better deal for anyone or not.

Where?
Can you provide any examples?
Never had a car on lease. Can someone tell me if this is a good deal? Also can I buy the car after or do I have to give it back?

It's a vauxhall astra, you will want to give it back.
Not telling anybody not to get one, but you really need a good test drive before committing to one. I had an astra hire car and hated it. The rear vision is so poor I was nervous of reversing the thing. Up to that point had been considering getting an insignia so went to the dealer to see if it was as bad, when I mentioned the poor vision to the salesman he said it just helped them sell parking sensors.

I run one of the biggest company car fleets in the Europe so I always stand by what I say! I don't like that people quite business rates and EX vat rates to customers on here so here is one on retail for you at a generous 20%+ discount:

buyacar.co.uk/vau…295

Its amazing what google can do for you!

Most weeks I can get offered deal with about 38% off various Vauxhall, business/fleet only. What counts as business these days I do not know!

OK so your initial response was misleading - Joe Public cannot typically source one of these with about 35% discount off the list price - more like 20%?

Still a good deal if you're looking for one of these cars.

Thanks for providing the link as well.
