Found 14th Feb
Vectone using EE network, in the past had most terrible CS, but somewhat had improved its service, some say....
Else the deal for big data usage seem to be of good value
£10
tethering officially is NOT allowed, but I've read people using it....

seems great, haven't ordered own-self yet, due to the past reputation, but then... risk of £10....

no

Amazing if they can deliver, but looking on google nasty reviews. Gut feeling is to good to be true (yet).

In contrast other providers are around the 3.5-4gig mark at that cost pm
Really bad reviews, be careful.

Avoid it. People get random charges. Support is not helpful. It uses the EE network but has very low priority so slow speeds.

they really are bad guys
Deals like this from these comparatively small companies are to good to be true....
Couple of years back i was with Lyca mobile having monthly allowance of 15GB which get used in first 10days on mobile without any sort of streaming or tethering, i download couple of applications to keep an eye of data usage in background to see am i really using that much and was shocked to found that most of time Lyca report your usage more than 10times the actual usage. And to find out how much data you have used you have to contact CS, you cant see internet/MB usage online.

Hence cold for me.

I don't disagree with you, but having dealt with even worse providers (VodaFooneys)...
risky, might be worth the risk?

Do you mean that they're "bad guys", like 'baddies', or do you mean "Guys, they're really bad!"?
Avoid like the plague!

It's not they have history of ramping up charges straight away. I would trust my grandmother to a mouth of a crocodile before id go back with these sharks
Sorry voted cold.
Had a bad experience with fraudulent credit card transactions, some at 3am.
Customer service were clueless, never giving their names. Ended up reporting them to the credit card company for fraud. The credit card company investigated them and refunded.
You have been warned.
Really amazing deal, and I am looking for sim only contract.. looking at reviews. Don’t feel like opting for the service provider

I agree, I too had very bad experience with them. Twice they have deducted money from my credit card account and had to fight with the customer service. Minimum wait-time to reach the customer service is 30 minutes.
Poor network. Never gets connected on the first time call, I can hear the voice from other end, but they can't hear me.
Better stay away

Perfect SIM to give to my ex-partner whilst we decide how to carve up the family estate.

the second one
I have some experience on their sub brand Delight Mobile. Poor call quality, non existent customer service and text messages don't get delivered sometime if you are outside UK.
How long is the offer in for?

Don't know m8, although as it says monthly roll on, I'd expect it to last little while
Also when you make calls the person on the other side doesn't hear you have to try 2 3 times before they can this happens to quite a few people whom use this as they give include international mins alot of people I know use this network. So if that happens font think your phones bust it's this network they must have some kind of issue or do it on purpose so people use more mins etc. Worst thing is if you call to make a hospital appointment or something after waiting 10-1 mins it randomly cuts off or the person on otherside can't hear you so they cut it off.

Really?
They literally sitting there and monitoring your calls, disconnecting (unplugging wires), reconnecting and making profit of it?
1000 minutes would make them work 16.66 Hrs for £10... or to save something from £10...

Probably have software for it but won't surprise me if they did it manually with a India call centre
