Vectone Mobile is a virtual network that uses the Everything Everywhere (EE) network that is run by Orange and T-Mobile. As you can use the cell towers of both of these providers, this means that it has amazing 2G and 3G coverage across almost all of the UK. Call quality is also consistently great.

Have been using vectone since years and I have no complaints whatsoever
I have been trying to disconnect a contract that I have had for few years. But has never been able to talk to a person using the customer care number that is shown on the website. It just keeps playing the music. I have waited half an hr just earlier today and then got fed up and disconnected the call. Customer care is a joke with Vectone.
If it’s EE when not getting 4g service?
Wonder if there's data roaming?
EE is not ran by Orange and T-Mobile. EE was created by merging both the orange and t-mobile networks in the UK only. It was then sold by france telecom and deutch telekom to British Telecom
The last sentence is a lie call quality is consistently poor. I nearly bought a new phone thinking my speaker was damaged as 90% of the time the person on the other side can't hear you and u have too call them 2 or sometimes 3 times to make them hear.
3G only?
good sin with 1000 international minutes
Is this standard for your £10 or just a one off?

I think that all their offers of anything off are one time on the first top up!

"50% Off*: Applies to first-time online top up and online SIM orders on or after 27/03/2017."

Worth a call to their CS team to double check, but last time I called them up, left them on hold for 2 hours and 14 mins and went and jet washed one of the drives, they took that long to answer!!!
no time for that carry on
Hit and miss with Vectone. Not been able to send txts for a month now. Emailed CS no reply. Last month issues with Data now fixed. Calls no issues.
Whats cheapest package for 2g data??? This os on EE which is good in my area

If this is the case then it should be added to the title.
Not a trustworthy company. I had several issues with them. Please don't fall into the trap
Could be worth the gamble! Just got 8gb + red entertainment for £14.50
Is it 3G or 4G??
No 4g . Credit expires without notice. Lots of fake promises.

Isnt this another one of those get 50% off the first months payment only plans??
Ok for dual SIM phone I personally have used them for backup phone and data in my dual SIM mobile but wouldn't risk them as a sole provider as they do have frequent issues with coverage on data and txt. Phone calls have been ok. CS is hit and mostly miss as they don't answer emails or their online form. I managed to speak to a human after half an hour on a Sunday afternoon so they do exist!
Been seeing people saying that they have bankrupted or something?

Worst customer service they keep taking money from your bank card they don’t answer your calls long long wait have to call my bank to cancel by bank card trust me this is my own personal experience with them
Reverts to £15 / month after first month, but does include unlim minutes to various countries vectonemobile.co.uk/pay…ans
First of all what's over 10 gb is useless
Second if is 3G is not good enough

No signal. Money taken every month promptly. Have been trying to contact customer care for days. No answer.
Now only way is to cancel the direct debit, it seems.
What a poor company this is.

Yeah, just tell them they aren’t following Complaints Code of Conduct and you are paying for no service as sim does not work.

100% pathetic customer service..
I was looking at this, but after checking reviews will steer clear. I don't have time for companies that don't answer calls. Tried calling their support while watching the footy today and didn't get through. Lots of people complain they can't get a PAC or that Vectone don't pass required info to new provider if they do manage to get a PAC. That would do my head in.

Besides, 30GB for £10 a month sounds too good to be true.
Help , just ordered vectone sim cards and changed mind after reading terrible reviews. Can't get through on support line and no email reply, how can I cancel??? Paid for x2 sims on paym rolling contracts via a credit card, one for £5 a month the other £10 month. Any help appreciated
Look at the reviews for this company...trust pilot.... All negative....or customer service....waiting over 40 minutes for an answer...I'll avoid. Research reviews first before deciding to join...deal to good to be true? Always check it out first
