Dear people, avoid Vectone like plague. They changing prices every month,so you never know what you are paying for.Credit disappears even no calls made or internet used. I have used them to call back home, like many foreigners,so I know them very well. No customer services,or if you are lucky, someone answers your call after 20-45 mins of waiting, somewhere in India...
They give you credit of £5 for free, next day your credit will be 0,happened to me and my friends. Topped up with £5 once, they took £5 four times from my card.No refund, nothing. Then they just take £££ from your card when they like, but give no credit to your account.Had to change card because of that.
And for non believers...well,just try them, you will se what I mean.

This happened to me too last year. I ordered the SIM so I could practice cutting it down to micro size before I do it on my own SIM card. If the £5.00 credit works out, then that's good too.

I presume the free £5 credit only applies when topped up?

Use it throw it. do not make this your main number. They answer the phone quick within 1 minutes. But avoid it as customer service not at all good.

Thanks.

It says 10 per household but does not allow more than 1 per person

I received my sim. I tried using the credit to donate to a charity via text message but it didn't work - says message sent but credit remains at £5.

Your a star thanks.

Took me a while to work it out though lol

Thanks ...you are a star.

I know that the £5 credit can only be used to make 'national' calls but is there any 'cheeky' way to make international calls? i.e. use an access number that would allow you to make international calls?
