This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Profiteering is rife, shops sold out of puny 100ml bottles, take matters into hand with this ingredient.

You'll also need about 10L of Isopropyl Alcohol and some Hydrogen Peroxide. I would look these up but it's late, and the panic-bought cider is kicking in.

Recipe recommended by WHO, See

Also washing hands is always better, but obviously people aren't (currently..) always near a tap.

Say what?!

It looks like he's been drinking his own hand gel.
Thanks for the heads up. The WHO receipe calls for 2 Teaspoons of glycerol, per 12 fluid ounces of iso.

You have enough here to Bath in the stuff for a a year.

Mmmmmmm, slippery.

Good luck to those used to microwave meals cos they can't cook to try and put a stack of chemicals together & make their own hand gel!

So very much it appears to be, based indeed on what I see.

Is that there passage from a Rupert book?
I often wonder what that author took.

Any soap works well, it’s just the fancy or anti bacterial stuff doesn’t do any better.

Problem is not many people happen to have a 5lt bottle of isopropyl kicking about in the back yard, you try buying some now you got no chance!
It’s better if we leave this stuff for the health Caresystem:

Disitlleries are being asked to repurpose and make hand gels but they are only getting ration of this stuff:

Verdant Spirits, based in Dundee's west end, hopes to produce 400 litres of the gel, starting this week.

The company, and two other distilleries in Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, were approached by care partnerships.

He said: "We put out a Facebook call because we couldn't track down any hydrogen peroxide and that paid off, so we've got that covered.

"We've got 20 litres of glycerine coming which is all we can get, because they're rationing."

I think even the price of aloe vera gels has gone up a lot recently.
Water alone is effective in removing viruses from ones hands.

Won't kill but will remove. No real need for DIY or masses of hand soap.

Let common sense prevail!.

Only problem is that I couldn't find any handwash anywhere in Brum yesterday!
Unfortunately, isopropyl alcohol supply seems to be in the pan right now.
