eleventy pence

these have been posted 4 or 5 times in past few months for 7.99 or less - nothing special
maybe if it was from an alternative retailer it would be ok as would then give 2 cheap retailers to check in the future.
atm you can look at the previous hot deals for this and go to amazon for current price.

ok cool thanks for the info,.... **** knows how this place would cope without people like you here to keep people like ^^ him up there ^ in check

ok we'll keep playing...

its not necessarily cold as its the best price but it was posted 2 weeks ago at 12p more so i class it as spam.
hope this helps!

should i read every post from two weeks ago if i joined today?

how far back should new members read?

two weeks? four weeks? where is the line?

hope you are keeping up so far..
when posting a deal you should check the same item+retailer hasn't already been posted within a month.
if it has then the price drop should be significant to be worthy of a repost.

now 12p may be significant to you but has to be a bare min of eleventy pence for me

do you work for the internets?

I'm going to buy these plus a 10p packet of crisps, I'll still be 2 pence better off than I was before!

thanks ordered 10 packs

saved £1.20

Something to spend my £6 amazon voucher on... wish they were printable … Something to spend my £6 amazon voucher on... wish they were printable though :(Also I've been using the Aone dual layers lately. I've gone through 8 out of the 10 and not one coaster yet, also they seem to make less noise in my 360..

I have got the Aone plus+ D/L and everyone has been a coaster
Well p1ssed off with them
These Verbatims are sh1t hot

You must be doing something wrong.i have just started using the Aone plus+ D/L and not one coaster from 10+

my 360 doesnt like the aones, works for a week or 2 then says unplayable disks. tried cleaning them but doesnt make much difference. may give these a go with my £6 voucher aswell.

You don't want to use those Aone discs. Aone disc uses pretty poor quality dye compared to Verbatim. Using such poor media puts stress on the 360 laser, and will cause the laser diode to die out much quicker. You want to use Verbatim discs only, and rip games to the HD, to prolong the lifespan of the XBox drive.

yeah bob, you tell em

These are infinitely better than AOne's but AOne's should work fine in most drives as long as you have the right setup to burn them properly.

IMVHO, using Singapore verbs for 360 backups is usually false economy.

Good point! Pity about the stupid too few character rule!

my cousin's xbox has never had problems with aone by the way, although he has a liteon drive.

All these stories about certain brands damaging the drive, causing disc scratches, stressing the laser...I think it's not 100% applicable on all modded xboxes.

Got to remember this is a site where people go bananas if they see a loaf of bread for 3p less than it should be.
Or even better, they vote hot for deals where there is a scantily clad female in the picture.

Buy these ......and seriously save yourself the hassle of Aone......each to thier own .......Verbs are way better medium for backup 360 games.

cold - havent paid more than this in over 12 months now.

aone are fine, 25 discs for 6.59 on scan at the moment..never had any problems even on 2 year old burns..

people go mad over petrol going 1p down per litre on here so why the fuss over these going down 11p?! its a saving and its a good deal, unlike petrol which is a rip off, under £2 a gallon in the US.
have ordered my disks

hello all
i havnt brought any dl in ages (prob 1.5yr +running low now) and at that time all i knew was verbatim came from singapore and india and i read to get mkm003 from singapore, is that still true or makes no difference now. (for 360)

Sol

i think aones depend on the drive ur using to burn them... i use pioneer, used 100+ not one coaster, i always install to HD tho so theres less stress on the laser... used to live by verbatim but i really dont think the price difference is worth it anymore... still will vote this hot as they are quality discs.

You may be correct. I have a suspicion that the Verbs will still be usable in years to come where the AOnes won't. But, like most old games, they don't get played after a while and if they rot then so be it. Use Verbs to keep things you really want and put on your tagged box again in the future.

iv got aones more than 2 yrs old that still work, havent tried all my old ones but when iv tried things like mirrors edge, dead rising etc they are still working, not sure exactly how old they are but i burnt them when the games came out

just went to buy them from Scan - u forgot to mention they want £7.99 to deliver them so they actually work out at £15.91!
