Verbatim MediaShare Wireless - Reader and Media Streamer Plus Device Charger
Product Description

Store, stream and share files wirelessly from anywhere!

Tablets and smartphones are often limited by their built-in storage capacity and their ability to access content saved elsewhere. This Verbatim MediaShare Wireless is a portable wireless streaming device which has been cleverly designed to provide you with more memory for your iPad, iPhone, tablet and other smartphones. You can access and enjoy your files without wires or an internet connection. You can wirelessly stream video, music, photos and data to up to 5 devices simultaneously!

You can even access files saved on your portable hard drive, USB drive or SD memory card from your iOS or Android tablet or smartphone via the MediaShare USB port or SD memory slot. This allows you to backup all your precious photos and videos from your tablet or smartphone onto a physical storage device. Both the SD card slot and the USB host port are hot swappable and content can be transferred between the two storage formats when connected. It can even bridge connection to another wireless network, wireless hotspot, iPhone hotspot, 3G etc. allowing you to play content from the internet whilst another device streams content from the MediaShare!

Powered by a 3000mAh rechargeable battery for extended battery life, you can easily re-charge via a PC/laptop USB, Verbatim Power Pack, or mains power (micro USB smartphone mains power charger and cable required). it says you do, im wondering how good it is though because i have the kingston one and the app on android is terrible
waiting for Amazon to drop to £20 again (every penny counts).

waiting for Amazon to drop to £20 again (every penny counts).

When Amazon had it for £20.50 about a week or so ago I sent it to Bespoke Offers. They came back with £18.30 for this delivered, so I bought it. Resulto!

The item itself came from eBuyer.

I have had one for some time now and find it very useful when traveling in the car with children as you can wifi stream videos to tablet / phone and each child wants to watch a different movie plus you can use it to tether from hotel wifi
I have to admit I paid a lot more for mine but then guess that the price you pay for new technology
I have one like using the Kingston MobileLite Wireless G2 and ive only used it for the best part of an hour since buying it and I have to say it is pretty impressive and useful if you dont have much space on your devices. Streaming HD videos (about 4GB in size) have minimal lag when skipping/scrubbing forward, though I did experience slight 'freezes' at times during play
Worth looking at Airstore 32gb drive from mymemory, £16.95. Does all the same and includes 32gb of built in flash memory. App is a bit clumsy, but can also be accessed via browser. 64gb version is on Amazon for circa £30 as well. Recently streamed to 3 devices all at once, different HD movies, with no issues at all.
Has anyone found a full user manual for this? The ridiculously lightweight manual that comes with it says that the full user manual can be downloaded from…ess, but that leads nowhere.
