Now. That is a big battery for a standard cheap phone.

The lack of reviews don’t help . But looks good for prices versus spec and battery.

My missus has the Vernee Mars; I sold mine soon after buying as the GPS was AWFUL - so bear in mind the Thor might be no better.

Also, the review claims the phone display can change to 'e-Ink mode' with reduced phone functions, making the battery last even longer.

I had the Apollo lite and it was THE worst phone I ever had
Battery life was dreadful
Camera was almost unusable
Signal, it could never get signal
The diddy speaker was so quiet you couldn't hear it if you had the telly on
Software was full of bloat and spyware, they promised nougat for months and never delivered
Fast charging got hot, very hot. I was a bit worried about charging over night.
Then to top it all off, 5 months later it got stuck in a boot loop and could not be fixed.
Vernee is a joke, they have no quality control.

Its mediatek, I've not seen a mediatek device yet with reliable GPS.

my current Bluboo S1 also has a MediaTek Helio P25, thankfully much better than the Mars - but by no means perfect - if it's chucking it down, it can often lose position.

It's certainly on my radar for my next phone to avoid these chipsets like the plague.

The Cubot Manito and MediaTek Redmi Note 3 have great GPS.

I use a umi emax thanks to hotukdeals. 2 years on and still going strong. GPS is fine on it. Still on 4.4 lol
