A very underrated handset, like most LG handsets but a solid and well specced handset none the less, heaty!
Still loving mine after 18 months.
Water/dust/worry but not scratch-resistant
I had a LG V40 thinQ and probably best phone I've ever had. Spares are hard to get hold of though
Using it right now... Loving it!
Pretty nice bit of kit for the money there!

Cheers Bully
I don't trust LG anymore, their software on older devices and prone to faults have left me salty.

Military drop spec and gorilla glass?
I love LG phones, had every one except the notorious LG G4, but I am a bit disappointed about the LG G6 and updates, haven't had one since Jan2019 and it's not even received pie update.

Very much improved from the g4/5 onwards bud. Don't live in the past, if you did, then you wouldn't touch another Samsung because of the exploding batteries, or Apple for the slowing down of phones (all for the consumer of course)

Good, but phone is made of glass and slippery, you'd better protect it properly with accessories - I don't but am extremely careful
Evening Sweet... Switch got another one for his collection, proper power phone with exquisite software, especially in camera app (manual controls, video), audio and gaming potential thanks to 2nd screen

You had a LG V40 and you had problems with it then? Mine still rocking. I've been faithful to LG G series phones (G2, G4 Bootloop , G6 and now V40) fine as long as you don't pay full RRP and wait for the lead balloon to drop
Had this for a month, only gripe is battery life about half of what I get on my Huawei mate 20 pro.

Only problem was cracking the screen
But nowhere repairs them in UK it seems and hardly anywhere will insure them. It's a niche phone over here.
What stock rom got pushed out in the UK?
Will this be network unlocked?
Is this still recieving updated?

I think that was the LG G6. The G7 has wireless - well mine does anyway

I'm staying with the ROG me thinks
The mother had a LG G7 - laggy, call echo, and the battery/charging port failed after not even a year.

Here's hoping for a 144Hz+ screen

I've got none of those issues. Maybe a factory reset is in order and an OS update accepted??
