MusicMagpie is giving £10 off the already super-cheap 'Very Good' refurbished iPhone 6s with a 12-month warranty. You can also get the same deal on eBay plus their buyer protection here. These refurbished phones rapidly come in and out of stock, but don't be worried about missing the deal! Even though the phone is locked to EE, EE claims to unlock almost any phone from wherever for £8.99. So the phone unlocked is essentially £308.98, while MusicMagpie prices the unlocked model at £364.99.

The phones are graded from Good, Very Good or Pristine, with Very Good being described as 'This product is in very good cosmetic condition with only light signs of use. It has been fully tested and works perfectly'. As the 64GB model is discontinued, a brand-new 64GB Silver iPhone 6s is £519.99 from Tesco Outlet here on eBay, with two in stock.

Great deal at the moment with the iPhone 8 and iPhone X release. Could become even cheaper for Black Friday or Christmas though

Good spot @yasath I've purchased phones from MusicMagpie in the past and they've been immaculate.

Thanks, and that's good to know! They have great deals on basically every phone you'd ever want

Some people beg to differ which I've learnt from previous posts. I ordered a 6s plus 16 gb unlocked VG and it was in mint condition. Only thing it didn't have was a box.

For anybody wanting to risk good condition and Is on Tesco here is a 6s plus 64GB for £306+ £10 off at checkout. store.musicmagpie.co.uk/pro…e48 .

Should be noted that you can get a 3% discount with Quidco or a 6.3% discount with TopCashBack. Not sure whether those are the exact rates, though.

I got an IPhone 6 from them last month, went for 'good' grade and it was like new. Very pleased. Plus you get a 12 month warranty. I paid £179 for 16gb on EE. Don't know why people buy privately off EBay for around the same price when these come with a warranty and TCB / Quidco.

3.03% TCB first Music Magpie order and 1.01% for subsequent orders

Please be aware that they aren't 'discounts', it's Cash back and potential at that.
Never guaranteed.
Worth a shout but people shouldn't rely on cashback being delivered

Anyone know how they grade batteries?

Chap in Grainger Games explained how they can read the battery cycle count, and battery performance vs new, and will only accept phones with below a certain number of cycles that achieve 92% of an original batteries performance.

freezing without anyone actually saying why......quite tempted to get one for my daughter as she wants an iphone, I would like the bigger screen than SE but cant justify cost of new.

Your link to 519 @ Tesco confused me - awful deal - 549 direct from apple for 128gb....but finally realised you were just showing for comparision!

Don't assume that EE will definitely unlock it. They won't unlock phones that are under six months old and tied to a contract, as I have found buying a Huawei phone off eBay. Not the end of the world as you can unlock via a third party, but something to bear in mind.

Many Apple deals get cold votes simply because there are a lot of people who vote down Apple regardless of relative value. It's not really how the site is supposed to work, but these people are quasi-religious fanaticists. They use dogmatic fictional terms like "Apple fan boy" as a way of attacking people who buy an Apple product, and can often be seen spouting irrational and often bizarre comments and rants about Apple products even on unrelated threads such as this one :

EE iPhones now automatically unlock after 24 months, when you attempt to activate them. This is stated on their unlocking page.

So someone purchasing one of these might actually find that it unlocks when they put their SIM in it.

You probably have a better chance of that happening with an iPhone 6 from 2014, but that's helpful to know!
