Same happened to me. Hey said they couldn’t track the purchase for some reason and that was the end of it. Bit disappointing.

Did this today, would highly recommend (had to change my initial booking date), but a lovely day.

pinkchick1987

Yeh I've been getting marketing emails off them since ordering so assumed the voucher would come through fine. Strange!

rachelandgromit

I know it's weird as sometimes the junk emails they send me go into my normal inbox but my voucher was in my junk box.

pinkchick1987

Thank you! It was in my spam, glad I asked, I wouldn't have thought to check :)

rachelandgromit

Yep, voucher emailed to me. Check your spam as it may have gone there.

Hahahaha

DevilD

For private taxi read mate's 10 year old Vauxhall Vectra. Will they visit here?

Aeschylus

So it is a tour of London basically.....and the 57 quid is for the taxi and the guide.... I would also make sure there is a not a time limit as traffic could seriously affect this I have to be honest for 57 quid it would be much cheaper just get the damn tube and go to the sites yourself

Yeah it's just a tourist trap. If there's a few of you, you could probably get a cab for less.

LesD

With phraseology like 'the English borough of Hertfordshire', I imagine it's aimed at overseas tourists.

paramoreRyan

Don't see the point of this... It's £33 for a ticket so you're paying £17 for a long/boring bus journey to and from London... It's only £10.60 for a return train... Maybe if you like bus journeys?

You would have to pay to get into Windsor castle and Stonehenge, plus the pub lunch, probably worth about £45 ish. Plus the guides and the coach tour of bath. More worth it for a visitor who doesn't have a car though.

So basically a load of stuff you can do yourself If you can read a tourist guide....!!! Thus a fantastic saving of £89.10

I emailed them back asking if it was £25 per ticket and they said it was only per booking. So I just replied saying shame because I would have taken £25 per ticket then they replied saying they refunded me and gave me a £200 voucher which I spent on a couple of tours and transfers for New York. All costing me nothing.

iammienta

Really? I got an email and for 4 tickets I got a full refund and £25 voucher. Can you confirm please that you got £25 for each ticket??

paulross18

I received a full refund and £200 gift voucher for my 8 mamma mia tickets :)

Dear Traveller, Thank you for your Mamma Mia on Broadway booking for January 29th, 2015 made through Viator. We wanted to let you know that we made a mistake with our pricing for this show and had overwhelming demand. We are committed to honoring this pricing for all customers for this show. It has come to our attention however, that some customers have asked for the tickets be changed to another name. We are writing to advise that as stated in our terms and conditions, that tickets for the show cannot be changed or modified. Tickets can be collected only by the lead traveler stated on the booking and the lead traveler must present matching photo ID at the box office in New York City, which opens 1 hour prior to the show start time. Tickets cannot be collected by any other means. If you purchased tickets in order to resell, we are sorry but you cannot do this. Please note that seats are assigned by the theater box office on the day and will not be known in advance of the performance date. Your booking is currently being held confirmed under the lead traveller name as advised at time of booking. You do not need to do anything further should you wish to keep your booking. For those interested in cancelling, we will provide a full refund and a GBP25 Gift Certificate for future use on our site if you let us know by October 15 in reply to this email only. Kind regards Amanda B Viator Customer Service www.viator.com

I hope anyone who still goes to Seaworld develops the most appalling piles personally. Revolting place.

TBF, it would make no difference to my likelihood of visiting whether they had Orcas or not - I go for the rides. I've seen the show twice and when I go back in April I'll probably not bother with it. I thought they looked like they were enjoying it (YMMV) but, as you say, the trainers looked a little wary (as well they should!). However, the habitat is a fair bit bigger than just the stage area. If I'm honest with myself, there are other attractions there that make me far less comfortable than 'Shamu'. The lone polar bear and walrus in Wild Arctic didn't seem quite right (although they say they rotate the animals) - I didn't feel like the bear had enough space or stimulation. The article from the link above written by an ex-employee is actually quite interesting - especially her views on whales in captivity.

Hmmm Contradictory comments my friend, if I am a mad man how can it be intentional ? wouldn't I be incapable of rational thought HAHA ! Whoops I capitalised again , but I was only following your lead . Yes I have a 14 day ultimate pass to Seaworld which I will be enjoying this xmas ,I will also spend the day at Discovery Cove and will have a swim with a Dolphin whilst I am holding on to it's fin as it pulls me around the pool, which I will thoroughly enjoy :)

deleted494932

One question...did you watch the documentary? If you didn't, watch it on BBC iPlayer. Then talk to me... (By the way, your comment sounds like the musings of a mad man. Was that your intention? Oh, and there is almost never any need to CAPITALISE words ;) )

dabas

COR ! You left it a few months to comment, it's lucky the Dolphins and other mammals at SeaWorld aren't waiting for you to feed them. The poor blighter's would STARVE !

deleted494932

I wish the BBC4 documentary that is on right now was available for you SeaWorld supporters to have seen... You would NEVER have defended SeaWorld - and I'm quite sure you would never have visited SeaWorld! If you want to learn something, catch 'blackfish' on BBC IPlayer. If you can't be bothered, and just want the salient info... Don't visit SeaWorld! It is barbaric...

I am not sure but the last time we went there, you dont actually walk through city walk, but you walk under/by it? to get up you do need a pass to get in! We only went in once right enough, cant really remember the process... Im going on the 12 October!! wooooop.... from past experience, its quiet in October. Fingers crossed!

the.gooner

cheers for the heat all. only 2 weeks till we fly out! somebody mentioned about citywalk being free anyway, absolutely true. you have to walk through citywalk to get to the parks so i cant quite understand why viator mentioned that as part of the deal. if anyones just got back from florida what are the queues like at the park? i love orlando but hate queuing!
