just looking at th photos where the battery goes you could open it and pull the battery of lol as there is nothing stoping you from doing this

it looks like if it is attached to the bike, you wouldn't be able to open the battery compartment because the bike frame/tube would be in the way.

He'd probably set the alarm off? and of course he'd have find a brick first.

The way I see it is that no security solution is perfect (if a thief wants your bike badly enough, he'll have it) but the harder you can make it for them the better and the more likely they will be to give up.
