think that would depend on what context it is being used.
Is that all that's in it, a knife scissors and nail file?
The file is also a screwdriver! I bought the slightly bigger one that also has a wire stripper, bottle opener and philips screwdriver on an extra blade which was £14 if you shop around online. It's very useful to carry!

of course ,
there's lots of regs and size does matter

Even a small thing like this probably wouldn't be allowed through an airport.

I have had one on my key ring for the last year and been through airports about 15-20 times, never had an issue or been asked about it.

Nice one:)
You cannot travel with this in your hand luggage. My brothers got confiscated in Seoul, South Korea.
Have a jelly manager and love it. Can't get anywhere near the price. Heat
I've got one exactly like this and it's really useful. I got mine for free as well so I love it
I've got a 50 year old one of these (passed on from my mum) and it's still going strong!

Even outside of knife regs, if you read up on offensive weapon, this can still fall into that iirc.

Mine got confiscated in Tokyo. You need to ensure you pack in hold luggage - on this flight I forgot!!!!

Even had an emergency safety whistler taken before!
