A hot knife deal?! Hahaha

In case anyones considering something like a silverline or rolson brand similar Swiss army knife, know you just shouldn't. These victorinox knives are marvellous. Way better in every single way, genuinely, and will probably last a lifetime too. Heat at this price for sure.
I've had mine for 45 years!

I got my son one one of these years ago, but with not quite so much on it. Very probably from a deal posted on here one Christmas. We are at least 10+ years down the line and it's still regularly in use. It's been moved from keyring to keyring over the years as bog standard keyrings have broken, but the clip on this is still the original.

I'd highly recommend on to anyone. Most used gadget on my sons is ironically the scissors/ pen knife.
Cheers got one to open the gadgets on the other I bought
Great knife had mine for 20 years and its legal to carrry
Great price, hot
I did purchase this on impulse but cancelled as you have to be in to sign for it and it cannot be left with a neighbour.
I have bought three of these over the last few years for my Son, myself and my soldier nephew. HIGHLY recommended. The main blades are very good quality and razor sharp, the others utilities I have used are of premium quality also.

This exactly. There are times when cheapest deal does not equal best deal
I have a number of swiss army knives but for me this has one of the best tool combinations. It doesn't include the wood saw which I never use but has the scissors and the very useful magnifying glass. Also the philips screw driver is in a more useful position than on most SAK's and the corkscrew will hold the small screw driver which can be bought seperately. If I could only keep one SAK I think it would be the explorer
Have same knife more than 25 years without any issues...
Can only agree with the comments on quality. Victorinox are top class and for this money, could be the only pen knife you'd ever need.

I’ve had one of these exact knives for circa 20 years and other than the spring in the scissors, a few scratches and a very discoloured toothpick still going strong!
Thanks
Good find but the estimated delivery is Jan 19th to Feb 2nd. Still hot if you dont mind waiting.

I am never without one. So useful. They make good gifts for the right people. Much better than any copy.
Cold
Hasn't got one of those things for getting boy scouts out of horses hooves.

Can replace toothpicks on eBay for a few quid, but meh, discolouration isn't a huge issue imo
The huntsman version, saw instead of magnifying glass, is available for the same money on Amazon too

(voted hot anyway)
I've had a Victorinox Champion since I was about 13 so that is a good 33 years and I recently sent it for a service with Victorinox. It cost about £10 and it came back (from the main factory) good as new with new scales, scale tools and they cleaned rebuilt it with replaced blades for at least the two knives, scissors and files.

Now that is a company that prides itself on quality!

I have about 10 of their knives in different models and I'm still tempted by the explorer as I don't have that one yet. It could probably replace my EDC Huntsman....

Get the milk bottle out and smash the bottom more like 👊
Having used a variety of all sizes and shapes, I would say the gerber tools in the shape of pliers win hands down.

Although I do like my 99p flat pocket multi-tool from amazon

Get a cold bottle and stick it in hot water and you get a clean break.
Haven't done hot knives in years, prefer a bong.

Im still waiting for the reason why? Or is it just because probably, they will last a life time?
£30.50 now I believe.
I got myself this one for Christmas

Really like the Explorer, the phillips screwdriver is much better at the end.
