one of my favorite victorinox knife patterns, really useful set of tools, great price too
similar to the Huntsman but this has a magnifying glass instead of a saw.

I like the Huntsman the best (use mine everyday), but this one gets the screwdriver and the magnifying glass in place of the saw.

Agreed. Just ordered this. Had been waiting for the Gerber Suspension to come back in to stock but this has everything I need. Only thing I think I will miss is the corkscrew, so will have to perfect the knife method!

it's great price for the hiker too, but on personal note. it has the saw which I will never use and the philips screwdriver isn't in as useful position. it also hasn't got the scissors and magnifying glass which I use regularly. but they make so many different tool combinations so that you can choose the one that suits your needs and wallet
These days who needs a corkscrew?

How else do you remove a cork?

The corkscrew is also handy for helping undoing tight knots and also gives a means to attach the small screwdriver which is very handy and can be bought seperately

Still plenty that don't though - For example the bottle of Chianti I drank last night used a cork.
