We worked for years with professional rescuers to design the RescueTool pocket knife. It features a seatbelt cutter, a window breaker and a disc saw to cut through shatterproof glass. And every tool is specially designed to work equally well for both left and right handed users. It's the knife we hope you never have to use. But when every second counts, you can count on the RescueTool.

bottle opener
Screwdriver 5 mm, lockable

Looks worth buying
Good for Cheese.
Just a note to anyone who is wondering - it is not legal to carry in the UK, day to day, because it has a locking blade and so is classed as an offensive weapon.

I'm not sure you would want to carry day to day...
These are a fantastic tool, will last a lifetime and are used by lots of professionals. I bought some in Switzerland a few years ago - sold them on to individuals in the outdoor industry, Mountain Rescue, the Ambulance Service, Helimed etc.
Hot from me.
This is a very good price.

You miss my point, when I say "carry day to day" I mean it is illegal to carry one in your pocket without "reasonable cause" So an emergency worker on shift - or even just going to or from work - would have a good reason to carry a knife like this. But if they, or anyone else, were carrying one in their pocket, or even had one in the boot of their car on their day off, then they could be prosecuted for the "Offence of having article with blade or point in public place" under Section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.

Didn't miss your point at all, nor was I dismissing your very valid point, just pointing out the many people that legitimately use these.
I'm also amazed there are no zombie apocalypse posts yet!!! X)
