The whole point of the Tomo/Classic line is its compact form factor, these knives are for those who want a small knife/scissors they can tug in their fob pocket and carry it even without feeling it's there.

I like this...not sure its got 5 essentials as I only see three but its really neat.

Haha, good point:)) Just copied the description from the site. Apparently key ring and its "slim rectangular shape" is counted among the essential features... I applaud the marketing team:)

As the current arsenal manager would say "I am not a failure if i can design this"

should be 6 essential items then, the fact that you have got it surely counts!

Dundee flashed a regular Bowie, not a Kukri.

Sarcasm here..appalled by the marketing and PR.

Under the new uk law "assuming are mp's vote in favour" could I find myself doing 5 years jail time if found carrying this in public.

you need a good reason. as in your trade requires it or your camping.

That's only if the blade is over 3" long and locking. You don't need a reason to be carrying a blade under these dimensions, although this would probably be different if you had it out in a club for example.

Knife, nail file, nail scissors.... Is this a ladies version? Surprised there's no cork screw!

This question often comes up on knife threads.
If the knife has a sub 3 inch blade and does not lock into place then it is legal to carry with out a reason - so this knife, or even bigger victorinox knifes such as the swisschamp are perfectly legal to carry around in your pocket.

If the knife blade is over 3 inches and or locks into place (be careful as some leathermans multi-tools fall into this category) then you need a reasonable excuse to be carrying such a knife - i.e you have a stanley knife in your pocket because your a carpet fitter on the way to a job, locking knife in your backpack because you are going camping, multitool on your belt because you are a maintenance man - this is all however very much dependant on the situation and any police officers you could find your self dealing with.
