was looking for a cheap steam mop to try and get the kitchen floor clean. this seems ideal for the price, reviews not bad. and 10 in 1 with free delivery.

This amazingly versatile tool delivers powerful chemical free cleaning throughout the home.  Forget the old fashioned mop and bucket and all the other various brushes and cloths you usually need.  This flexible tool can tackle so many different jobs around the house including deep cleaning hard floors, windows and carpets.

Chemical free cleaning

No chemicals are needed (or wanted) when you use the Vida steam mop.  Tap water or distilled water is used instead and the steam generated by the tool is powerful enough to shift stubborn stains, dirt and grease.

Clean your floors the eco-friendly way with steam instead of chemicals that can harm the environment.

Versatile and flexible

The Vida 10 in 1 Steam Mop makes light work of many cleaning tasks around the home.

Generate the steam and the mop can clean your tile, hardwood, linoleum and vinyl floors but, remove the easy release handle and secure the jet nozzle, and you can use the tool as a handheld steamer.

Fit either the brass or nylon brush and you can clean toilets, sinks, and ovens.  Even clean the car – the steam mop is especially effective on wheels and hubcaps.

But that’s not all.  As a handheld unit the mop is great for cleaning windows and can even steam garments and, by using the duster attachment and coral cloth, will make short work of any dirty corners in the house.

How it works

It’s easy.  Fill the on-board tank with water using the measuring jug (taking care not to overfill) and turn on the power.  The tool will then begin to boil the water.  Once the steam has been generated turn on the pump switch and that’s it.  You’re good to go.

never heard of vida... amazon price isn't a good benchmark as you can find anything on amazon for a ridiculously high prices... sounds like they're passing themselves off as vileda and hoping you won't know the difference.

for £13 who cares, if it works for 6 months I'll be happy

504501 seems a better buy as you don't get the gimmicky detachable steamer.

bought this for my nan and works great. comes with attachments.

Got this for £10 before Xmas good mop does the job

Just bought one. For £13 it's a bargain ! Heat added

Not so sure about the Vileda connection. Looking at Vida's website they market a whole host of products which so far as I know Viileda don't.

Sold by an Amazon seller, not Amazon themselves. Guess who the Amazon Marketplace seller is.........

Ebuyer!
Only 2 reviews (both verified purchasers) but both 5 star.
Reviews on ebuyer mixed though

I tried a steam mop. Didn't make any difference to the floor at all. They are a bit like Marmite some people love them and others hate them.

just bought thanks bargain. I like the fact that it has constant steam when it heats as i had one you had to push down and due to illness was too hard. Thanks x

i know what you mean, I have one of those too but the steam is too little so a lot of wait needed between each burst. does this one keep going for a reasonable time once heated? any current owners can please help review that side of performance

I bought this just before Christmas without the attachments. I'm very pleased with it. It is a constant flow of steam. I'm new to steam mops but find when you first start using it the head sticks to the floor and gets pulled off. I find this eases once the head is saturated and you extend the handle fully. (No laughing from those of you with a certain temperament). I do miss the smell of floor cleaners such a cif but I use ironing water. I certainly feel like my floors are thoroughly clean and disinfected afterwards. Now, if I could just get my puppy and 5 year old to keep them that way. And to qoute Joan Rivers; I hate housework. You do the dishes and change the sheets and 6 months later you have to start all over again.

there is another vida on Ebuyer for £10 with free delivery it just hasn't got all the attachments.

The triangular head is a bonus - it makes getting into corners and awkward spots so much easier.
Some cheaper steam mops have rectangular heads which can be a pain to manoeuvre...
This one looks great for £13 - heat added.

Worth a punt at this price, just ordered! Thanks

Ordered - worth a try at this price

That's wrong that, sorry pal:(

What can't this thing do? Great price for a mop, although my last steamer from Ebuyer broke within in months.

Same price, £12.99 (5% discount to £12.34) @ Half-Cost for a Pifco branded P29003 model steam mop in green. Oblong steam head, 2 pads but no extra attachments as with the Vida model. Warranty can be extended to 3 YEARS FREE OF CHARGE with manufacturer. Currently delivery is extra if order is less than £25, but sometimes free delivery on orders over £5.

Good price, let's just see how well they work when it arrives!

Mine arrive today and it works great it's the first time I bought a steam mop so it's wonderful
Thank you

The £10 one has fewer attachments . . .

Without seeing the mop, just reading the description, the handheld 'steam only' section can provide steam for your oven in the first few minutes of the bread baking process - key to great artisan crust.

I'm not the first to suggest this. Plenty of info on bread making forums . . .
