sorted byPersonally, though, I don't use the GPU integration as I don't care for quick video conversions, only small file sizes, and to get these, all video conversions get done via the CPU only, so the PC/Mac runs on full CPU usage throughout. (edited)
I thought I'd check the VideoProc website to check before downloading this but I can't see "VideoProc" as a standalone software package. There's "VideoProc Vlogger" and "VideoProc Converter".
Just seems strange that the makers of the software don't list it on their own website?
Video - will convert a video to a different format e.g. AVI to MP4
DVD - Convert a DVD disk in DVD film format to a video file (or files if the DVD contains a series).
Downloader - Allow you to get an unprotected video from a website.
Recorder - Allow you to record video from a webcam (edited)
Hasn't seemed to be a scam in the long time I've used it.
Obviously you don't update it or agree to any nag screens to benefit from the free usage but that's just common sense.
Sadly no Linux version available
