Oooooo, the wife has one of rhose
Just seen it cheaper here : hotukdeals.com/dea…753 however if you want to purchase the non standard tickets I guess the Blue Light Card can offer the better discount - How do I make this comment sticky.
Good deal ,good price 🏻
Best thing is you can just book it when you get there or outside and then walk straight in.

What exactly is the point? Isn't it just a tall building? What do you do for the £30?

The view
For free you can go to the other entrance and get to 2/3 the way up. Still pretty good
I'm curious what the weather guarantee is

The view

But you can get very close to that view for free. Do they have anything to do up there (included in the price)? Or is there education about what you are seeing? I'm pretty sure the London eye doesn't even charge that much, and it moves!

I used to agree with you, having been on the London Eye, the viewing balcony at the top of the Mayors Office and a number of other building.
I was fotunate enough to go up for free on one occasion just after the building opened on a day with perfect weather. The view is amazing (on the right day).
I have been back more recently (paid), the weather was not as good but the is still one of the very best of London, far exceeding that of the London Eye. In fact i would say dont bother with the Eye, walk past it and take in the wonderful South Bank as you go... But carry on walking till you get to the Shard.

Ok, interesting. I just couldn't work it out, there's loads of tall buildings in London.Might have to check out the Shard sometime when the weathers good .
