Not voted but Amazon are selling similar by "1byone" brand which seem well reviewed and cheaper.

Not cheaper you don't get the TV Aerial booster.....you do with viewtv.
anyone in blackpool area tried one of these out? just wondering if they are any good with our winter hill signal.

Ah, OK. Just happened to be skimming Amazon for an indoor aerial.

No Amazon UK reviews (for some reason) but the US site has average review of 3.5/5 from c2,000 so not that brilliant.

As I say, not voted.
Yeah i was also looking for an indoor aerial
See you point with the US review but it might work better over here not saying it will but there is a difference.
The only problem i would have with the Viewtv aerial is i don't have coaxial screw thing in the back of my TV its just a normal push in one my TV does have freeview built into it its one of them smart TV's.

I have this one (Which looks like its the same sort of thing), and live across the bay from Lytham, and it picks up F**k all. You might get a couple of channels if you put it in a bedroom window pointing towards Winter Hill, but put a wall between it and your doomed.

Nice and discreet but doubt it'll give great results unless you're in a fairly decent strong signal location. You can't really beat a proper (ie bulky) yagi or log periodic aerial. Take the 50miles range with a pinch of salt, it might work but they conveniently don't seem to give any performance specifications, not even for the amplifier.
