Hmm - half my order was out of stock. They suggested Mail-Lite bags as alternatives. I foolishly thought that they were substitutions and the original price would still apply. They have now delivered most of them and have invoiced me for the full amount. And they haven't refunded the cost of the out of stock items. And now they are ignoring my emails.
Very odd, mine arrived yesterday daytime and I got the dispatch email yesterday night, hours after they arrived. Who'd have thought a few envelopes would cause such a meltdown!
I don’t know what has happened to Viking direct but the customer service is terrible, every single order I have placed in the last week has vanished, or is on back order (out of stock). All I can say is when you call them use the free phone number 0800 424444 otherwise your call will be as much as your order.
I ordered ten boxes and they are completely denying receiving my order, even though I have an email and order number from them. Now trying to chase my payment, difficult as they are denying any order.
