These are great for little kids as a learning aid before getting their first proper bike

Concept Balance Bike
with 12" Wheels RRP £59.99 Balance bikes do not have pedals or
stabilisers, therefore children learn to balance and steer very quickly.
At first, they ride with at least one foot firmly on the ground. As
confidence develops, they'll begin to lift both feet, scooting forward
and balancing and occasionally dabbing a foot to the floor when the bike
leans over. Soon, they'll be balancing, learning and playing all at
once. The best way to teach a child to cycle is not to use stabilisers,
which simply prevent them from developing a proper sense of balance.
Kids that start to exercise from early years form a habit of movement
and grow up to be healthier. Features * Suitable for girls aged around 2
and upwards. * Minimum Stand over height from saddle to floor 16.5". *
Rear calliper brake with resin brake lever. * Padded saddle. * 12"
Pneumatic tyres. * 5 Spoke Mag wheels. * Adjustable height saddle from
16.5" to 18.5" (measured from ground to top of saddle). * Weight 4.5 kg.
* Some assembly required.

Any balance bike is a thousand times better than a bike with stabilisers. Our son had one and went straight to a standard bike with no issues whatsoever. Thoroughly recommended.
