Must have been a misprice.... more expensive than Amazon now.

As nice as it looks in the pictures, I would still hazard a guess its a bso.

Nice bikes but costs twice as much. This bike will be good enough for novice and casual riders

More likely it will put them off riding as it is heavy and has poor components. Better off with a decent second hand bike from eBay or classified ads on a cycling forum.

Should be expired.

A true biker will encourage more riders on the road and not put them off

I am not putting anyone off cycling but that bike is poo and if you want to cycle "mid to long distances" whatever that may mean, you are much better off starting with a good bike. Someone who rides that bike will either hate it and sell it on/leave it the garage or they will like cycling and immediately start shopping for a better bike.

Saving up your hard earned cash to buy something that ends up being heavy to ride and needs £ thrown at it to replace poor components is more likely to put a rider off.

how much heavy do you think it will be?
the carrera one is 11kg and this one will be 13 kg doesn't make any big difference

I have one of these and they are a great starter bike and not too expensive
