Great find. Hot!

Very hot

That beats my viners deal! Heat added.

Note not gift boxed

I've bought saucepans and cutlery on Viners deals and they have all been of poor quality.

Just keep your receipt from them it has a 25 year guarantee. slightly off topic but i phoned salter about a set of 3 year old £7 scales but they too were under salters 20 year warranty. so they asked for the receipt and i duly Scanned a copy to them in an email and boom 3 days later new scales

No matter he cost you can always use the manufacturers warranty if you have the receipt.

just ordered good value

Great find voted hot.

Yet another cheap Viners thread. Always the same. Fake 'was' prices to make the ever-permanent sale prices look cheap, deal goes hot, then the junk arrives and the complaints start.

Always the same pattern with Viners threads. Fantastic bargain - until it arrives.

I hope Im not disappointed when they arrive

Sorry - but you can with Viners. There was better cutlery given away with petrol a few years back! It really is utter junk, but people get caught with these 'deals' every time.

I bought a couple of these sets last year. They are really light to handle - I was a bit surprised as I thought they would be heavier/better quality (both metal and the plastic handles) - they actually look and feel like the standard cheaper designs you can buy from Argos etc, however, they do the job and match my kitchen!

the £5 sets are the cheapest on the site, the better quality sets are obviosly more expensive.its not rocket science is it you obviously get what you pay for.

Sorry to labour the point (to save people from wasting their money on this stuff) but with Viners you will not get decent quality, whatever you pay. It's a cheap tacky 'brand' trading on its old name, as people always discover too late.

The pont of this thread was less about kitchenware to last a life time and more a decent set for a fiver for over simmer when your having your friends round etc. Even plastic cutlery costs about a fiver so with this you can have a decent set delivered and if your not happy to continue using it after chuck it when the summer camping, BBQ or whatever is over

NOT free delivery, spend over £25. Cold + expired for misleading title!

I placed an order for £15 and got free delivery.

Anchor Hocking set was £5 in the sale last time and now it's £20. Talk about inflated prices!
