Vintage kitchen FM radio very crude manual analogue tuner, very mono with collapsible metal aerial. Fitted with a 3 pin BS standard plug. Originally £55 (note, bloated & inflated rrp price, probably concocted on the spot by a school boy, for the seemingly sole importer dotcomgiftshop)

Product Code: 24192
Material: plastic/metal
Dimensions: Length: 22 cm, Width: 14 cm, Height: 14 cm

Thanks & original credit to previous OP of this deal: (batmans_cat) who expired it prematurely as they thought it was a 1 day only sale.

!!UPDATE!! :
Please Note, having now tested radio. I find build quality is not great. Crude fiddly & frustratingly naff manual analogue tuning. Requiring the dexterity of an eminent brain surgeon to actually find a station. Well it certainly sounds like it was made 60 years ago at any rate.

Just passable for a tenner, However not worth the bloated advertised previous£55 price tag!

Vintage style possibly?

£55 before.......really? (_;)

It will be vintage and unusable, when FM is phased out in favour of digital radio !

It will be a long time before that happens!

FM is going nowhere. Shall always be better quality signal/sound. Hard to believe, but give it a Google.

Actually it would've been £57.95 inc postage to be precise apparently.
However I catch your drift these retro style radios do tend to be overly expensive. I also see you are living up to your name.

You could retrofit Bluetooth to one of these bu using an iPhone FM transmitter plus a Bluetooth dongle.

I don't think the description is meant to be taken literally, retro means derivative i.e. in the style of. I mean it doesn't have valves or an accumulator either, but it is mono if that adds authenticity.

I'm sure it's designed for the majority of casual users of which probably 99% will not need AM.
