Just wish virgin would cable new areas!
Worst experience ever. They start you with a 12 month contract but at the end of the 12 month, they will insist that it was an 18 month contract. They will charge you double for the remaining 6 months. They will insist you signed an electronic contract and conveniently they only keep call recordings for 6 months only. Never to trust Virginmedia again.

You can find your contract through the my account in my virgin media.
Terrible service never ever again.
Was left with no internet service for a month due to a cabling issue while they dragged their feet to sort it out, would avoid them unless there’s no other decent alternative

You can see an electronic version of your contract in your online account with start date and length of contract, it also should of been emailed to you at the time of signing and possibly a paper copy sent through the post? (I recieved this).. A lot of virgin contracts though are 18 month ones with a promotional offer applied for 12 months only.. Its possible you may have gotten mixed up

I'm looking to move over to sky next for TV, but will be kind of forced to keep virgins Internet as the average standard broadband speed for my area with sky, bt talk talk etc is 1.5mb but virgin can deliver 300mb

Can't blame you there, tbh if the local infrastructure is fine you are likely to be ok, if not good luck with their customer service
I was with BT and it was absolutely crap. I am now with virgin and it is superb. Some on here would say BT is brilliant and virgin is sh#te, we all have different experiences of these companies and their products. I would have voted hot if it had not expired.
