No. He meant Florida Keys.

It's actually so funny that you just made yourself look like quite the tard.

I flew into Fort Lauderdale airport, rather than Miami. Spent a day or two in that area, down to Miami and then onto the keys. I loved the keys, not too keen on Miami. Stopped off at Key Largo, then Marathon and finally onto Key West. It is definitely worth doing. Once I got back up from there, I went around the everglades area for a few days too. Had a great time.

Yes, we flew in and out of Miami. We went down the Keys, then up tp Tampa, across to Orlando and Cocoa Beach, down to Fort Lauderdale and back to Miami for the last night. It was about 6 years ago, but it was a great trip, but as I said, I was not overly immpressed with Miami.

Watch the Netflix series Bloodline which is set in the keys. The series is great but it seems to rain a lot?
Ughh I kinda don't like these prices coz you can't take a normal bag of luggage!
Make sure you take lots of £

Key West is fantastic, we drove from Orlando to Naples then across the Everglades down to Key West. Only drove through the other Keys but from what we saw I'd keep driving until you get to Key West. Coming back we drove to Fort Lauderdale through Miami Beach, the traffic around the whole of Miami is horrendous.
Very good price and if you're disciplined with your packing, the 10kg (and not having to wait at baggage claim) can be manageable.

We've been to Naples on the Keys a few times now as a break away from the bustle of theme parks. Love watching the dolphins in the sea off the pier and going down the river looking for manatees

Is it worth it? It’s bloody amazing the single road which takes a good 3 plus hours from Miami and the views and when your there wow the Culture and street scene is breath taking! A car to get there is required. Be prepared for the Premium hotel rates

Did 5 nights in Key Largo before doing Orlando a few years back. Had a great time...did a few days out...Airboat everglades, Kayaking in the swamp and then a snorkelling trip. Quite pricey all in but it was a one off trip.

He's a troll. He does this on almost every thread.

It got boring very quickly. But then... he's actually starting to get quite funny
And let’s not forget: Off the Florida Keys, there’s a place called Kokomo
That’s where you want to go to get away from it all....
Beware virgin cheap flights. I have to pay £45 per check in bag and the plane was an ancient wreck with broken seats and analoge video crappy tv screens.

I have travelled all over Florida. I did the drive from Tampa to Keys and back up to Orlando a few months back. If partying is your thing and getting drunk and wild, its great. For a family, it is OK. I am glad I did it but will not go again. Expect ridiculous prices for accommodation/drinks/food even in off peak season (think of transportation logistics). Every restaurant from mainland is min 30% higher. Beaches were nice, nothing close to Barbados esque. There are some great happy hour offers for food/drinks and we utilised these well. The rest cannot be said for the rest of Florida, excellent activities, food, entertainment. Brexit is murdering the dollar so I will wait til mid 2020 to go out there again when instability dies down.
Praying prices to Miami are going to drop in April.
And please pay the extra £15 and buy direct. These small companies make their money solely from when you have to change a flight etc. You have been warned.

More chance of asteroid hitting Earth, then seeing low UK departing prices. I did see crazy cheap prices from Paris to Miami in school hols though, would have jumped in but going Bali. Check skyscanner

Me too but they kinda caught onto that trick aswell as they generally now increase prices from 30th Mar. If you can take them out on or before those dates you can find a bargain. Cheeky bastids.
I'm in for an outbound to miami and return from Orlando; am I doing it right using kayak, fly and skyscanner for those types of searches?
Anyone used flight scout before?

The plane (for flights VS5 and VS6) are either a Boeing 789 Dreamliner (2014 models) or the Airbus 333 variant (2011).

The old jumbos are for the LA and Las Vegas routes for extra discomfort!

In the series Bloodline on Netflix, which set in the keys it rains a lot, the question is whether this is a true reflection of the weather or is it used for dramatical effect?

They are phasing the 747's out slowly, mainly used on the Orlando routes now I beleive. I think the problems on the Dreamliners with the engines may have slowed this down a bit.
Superbowl trip!!!🏈🏈
