This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

My first ever deal so be gentle with me. Offer only available till midnight tonight.

Signed up tonight for VM 100mbps broadband and phone, available till midnight for £26pm. Was expecting to get £120 Quidco but was surprised during the signup to discover that there's also a "Special Online Discount" of £50 paid as a bill credit. Setup cost is £35.

Without the cashback, cost over 12 months is £26 x 12 - £50 + £35 which works out at £24.75pm. If Quidco pays out (mine has tracked at £120) that reduces to £14.75pm.

Only if they would give existing customers such offers
Virgin is pretty good, the only problem is that they don't reward loyalty. I have been with them for almost 18 years, and the prices keeps going up almost every year. I know i could switch to another provider, but i don't think that i would find a broadband as good as theirs

You don't have to actually leave, just threaten to leave. BUT, you will get a better offer from them if you leave, start the process of joining another provider, then they will usually phone you back with an improved offer, if not a few offers if your not happy with the first one. It's all a game of bluff.
Switched from sky on the last mse offer. Was on 80mb on sky, speed test around 62mb mark. Virgin is 110mb, getting around 111-114 down on speedtest.

The contract I've taken out tonight is at my son's flat. I'm "moving" there

Doesn’t seem to work for me this time.... or maybe I rang too early as current contract expires 21st October..... will just leave it till as want to get rid of tv and just get more speed (302MB and phone)

You should never stay with same provider after your contract.... Get another provider, if you only want virgin, then cancel your contract, then get it again with someone else name.....
Great deal! I would've gone for this. Sadly not available in my little Village

my old place couldn't get Virgin but moved 18 miles and now can, took this offer 2 weeks ago, installed Saturday and the speeds are phenominal, pay for 108mb (with minimum of 56mb) and not dropped below 110 so far, £26m + £120 quidco + £50 credit is a bargain imo.

Ring them up say you want to leave then you should get a call back with a better offer i managed to get 200mb download and full tv for £40 doing that

I did, and they knocked £1 off from the price I refused just the day before. £5 more than currently paying rather than £6. Told me they wouldn’t phone back if I refused

Then let it run out. The day after it goes off get your wife to phone up and put it in her name as a new customer. Works every time for me with Sky and Virgin

£29 for 100MB broadband, phone line and the most basic TV box. I don’t even have a landline phone, but they said the price would go up if I took the phone line off. Now the best price they would offer me after cancelling is £34.

Good price, shame upload speeds are quite bad still on the 100....

This is a good deal to bad I'm on virogn. Does Mse have any deals on broadband? I had a look but can't find anything. I need to keep number so probably switch to sky if they have a good deal.

That's the deal I'm on same as yours, I don't use the phone at all, don't think many folks do with most mobiles having unlimited minutes.
£34 still isn't to bad, loads of people I know after paying £100+ with sky
I fully expect that you will receive an email within the first 12 months of your contract advising you of a price increase (despite whatever assurances you have had that your price will be valid for 12 months). I has happened to me every time

We're moving in a few weeks and I called Virgin to cancel our contract. They would only offer crappy deals to stay with them at the new place, which I politely declined and refused to give them my new address. They called up yesterday and I agreed to renew my contract (100Mb broadband + weekend calls) for £23/month and £70 credit on my account. I thought that was a good deal but if all of the elements of this deal tally up then it's even better!

Hmm, well, I spoke to this switching service before and they seemed to think it could be knocked down to £28 or £28.50 for the same (so, slightly less than I’m currently paying).

The day I cancelled my service was completely down too and they seem determined to charge me full price for that month. Still in the cooling off period for the £34, so might just cancel if they’re going to treat a customer they know is on the verge of cancelling like this. Last time this happened, I cancelled my direct debit for my broadband and just lived off 4G for goodness knows how many years.

Is there a TV box I can buy to replace the Virgin box?

depends on your area but a freeview box such as the Humax 200T should give you recording and as much "free tv" as might want.
This is excellent,4 shame I’m still in contract

for ADSL the best offers seem to be Now TV (a part of sky) or Plusnet (part of BT), both cheap with really good Quidco cashback.

Still they can increase at their will and your options are to terminate contract early w/o cancellation fees, suck it up or try negotiate with retention team

Sites like Trustpilot are useless, especially for big companies, they are all like that.
