This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

'£18.75/mth' over 1yr contract. Apply by 27 Jun via our special link ONLY, and you get a £75 bill credit which covers the first three months' cost (so in practice you pay nothing), then you pay the £25 monthly fee for the rest of the year. In total, that's £225 over the 12mths - which if spread equally would be £18.75/mth.

New customers only isn’t it

unfortunately they dont care about customer loyalty, first time I left and signed up with someone else for a month them came back under my wifes names, second time i got a retention deal as they called me up before i switched. Assuming this time i'll have to leave again for a month which I'll do while on vacation.

I tried to post this wednesday, was told not suitable for HUKD.

Yep.

HUKD used to allow only UK based retailers that were reputable.

Nowadays they allow any retailer who will pay them a referal fee.

So you used the MSE link as well? How?
It is worth trying to get tcb. I didn't think it possible but if you add to basket then go through tcb so it is already there then you might get it. To my surprise after I did I got £120 tcb even though it was a special link deal with £50 bill credit at the time
Anyone know the installation for a brand new VM area?

My street gained a grey VM cab just a few months ago. No underground infrastructure (new-ish estate).

Do they cable FTTP ?

Yup, HUKD is becoming sanitised, no one can make humourous comments where the only deals are a lettuce for 35p or crap from B&M

Usually they do coaxial to the house this might have changed now or in the future but either way it doesn't matter as the short run of coaxial they use is capable of delivering over 1gbps

I always wondered why some good deals vanish and some terrible ones don't, I always thought it was just favouritism and just sheep voting due to the poster without actually reading, I never thought it was a money making reason, I naively thought HUKD was for deals for the community lol

I think it should as my wife never took my last name so nothing on the sign up ‘links’ us. Haha. It will just look like she is moving in. Will let you know how I get on.

The problem with the router really is that it wasn't made to handle many devices. If you have 4 people with devices plus TVs and WiFi IOT things the router falls flat. Switched to a TP Link Archer router and it's been happy days since.

My alarm system is hooked up via the internet to send me notifications. Changing to a different provider requires a engineer call out lol

You'd lose the landline number and a new one would be assigned as it's a new account

Signed up, thanks op. Our contract currently ends on 15 aug. This was the latest date possible to collect our devices. I don't mind a bit of a crossover if that's what it takes. Still waiting on £144 Quidco from last August. Those that sign up via a cashback site, don't 'expect' your money....

I tried to post this wednesday, was told not suitable for HUKD.
Still waiting on Virgin checking if I can get their service in my street (my neighbour in the same cul-de-sac shows on their website but no other addresses for our street). I filled out the online form 2 weeks ago but it takes up to 10 working days for them to check and then ring to confirm if their service is available. Hopefully they'll be done before this offer ends on 27th

Seems like a cracking deal for those that can get it. Not seen any broadband fibre deals at this speed for this price and no compulsory landline.

Virgin have great speeds but crap wifi signal and poor pricing. I bet it jumps to 40 pounds plus after the first year.
I want to dump the tv and phone line but keep the broadband. Their pricing takes the P if you only want internet.
