Virgin Media 'Best Ever Prices' for New Network Areas on Broadband and TV some cracking prices INCLUDING line rental

Hi All, these are cracking prices on all the virgin bundles, cheaper than I've seen on MSE, uswitch etc. all with Line Rentals included!!!

This is New Network areas only but great if you can get it.

My best pick is the Full House 100 Bundle which includes multi room an extra TiVo box a well as:

Full House TV with the BT Sport channels in HD; 245+ channels

•    VIVID 100 optical fibre with speeds of up to 100Mbps + Talk Weekends home phoneϪ

•    Our fastest ever WiFi hub; Extra TiVo box included for another room for 12 months

£30 a month
for 12 months
There is also a deal that is £20 a month including line rental!

Link is:
virginmedia.com/bes…ces

it's a 12 month contract so can get out after that. Although there is the usual 14.99 activate fee (no escape from that!!).

thanks all

That reminds me to give them a ring to see what I can get for being loyal.

Is cashback available with this?

Hmm, if I wasn't in contract right now I'd be very tempted

this was a direct mail to my address, and you have to go via that exact address. so don't think cash back on this one but let me know

Good deal financially so voted hot. But shocking network utilisation around me and speeds terrible at peak times

I don't see any of those prices, it only shows me the standard prices that are on their pages when I put Postcode and house numbers down..

hmmmmmm now wondering if this is postcode specific? was that through virginmedia.com/bes…ces ?

Only available to new customers in newly networked areas.

Shame. I was considering buying out my BT contract for that deal.

Virgin is awful. Our tivo box has been buggered for 3 odd years they only ever reset it and lost our recordings. So gave up and just have to restart from the mains whenever we switch on TV otherwise just dies not work. .

Yeah I went through that link, put my postcode in and number, then was given a list but they were same price as on the main Bundles page. £29 for basic BB, line rental and Tivo (just basic channels). The Full house package (without sports) was £55 a month.

Tried using postcode + house number for neighbours too who are cable ready by currently with Sky/BT. It gave the same results (so at least I wasn't singled out).

I'm currently with Virgin, Broadband excellent but TV not so good. Tivo is very laggy and even get the hourglass equivalent when changing channels. When the contact ends I will keep the BB but I've already bought a Freeview player to go with my trusty Roku 3.

Never been to Virginia but I hear the weather is better than here, this time of year

Please Boycott all Virgin
products. Unpatriotic leftie who does not respect democracy.

I cancelled as I was moving to Sky for their £10 tv deal....

Virgin have talked me into staying put. Their retention offer isn't much more than this vivid 100 offer but I'm on the vivid 200, full house to package, evenings and weekend calls plus extra TiVo box.

Needless to say I've cancelled the Sky move

£27 a month just for interweb Lmao

Its a great deal compared to what I'm offered. But be prepared for poor customer service and frequent LARGE price hikes. Virgin = evil company, but their BB is reliable. I'm only on 50MB, and I persisently get 50-53MB.

EXPECT the we have improved our network so are increasing YOUR BILL to pay for it. Shocking company!

Then cancel and negotiate with them. They're the same as most energy providers...they'll keep taking your money if you let em

how much were you offered?
dropped the TV & Phone line at the weekend, yet to sign the new contract so interested to hear what they offered you.

I know the offers look good but Virgin keep increasing the fees once you're in, be warned.

New Superhub 3, extra TiVo to replace ailing V+ box and my existing (ex big kahuna) package for £35 instead of the usual £80.

Was told they have some new promo offers for existing customers - I can only imagine retentions has gone into overdrive since customers have tried to jump ship for the half price Sky q deals

did you keep the vivid 200?

i've just that and they're charging me £40!

Yes, still the same vivid 200 service.

Definitely you want to push them then. The retentions team are more eager to help so if you've just put in a cancellation wait for them to call you and they'll throw better offers at you.

I've been with them since 2002 and I've always had the TV/Landline/broadband bundle. Hands up though I've had to call them almost every year in the last 5 or 6 years to renegotiate as they do like to push their prices up a lot!.

Been with thwm for years and was told i'd get nothing and could leave.

Even though I'm with Virgin I hate how much they spend on advertising. Received 2 letters this week, would prefer to have the money they spent on that off my bill

Not much, I tried this last week

i Got 150MB for £30 for 12 months on 12 months contract.. Is this a good deal or did someone get better? Not really interested in TV or phone.

For my 150Mbit line I'm paying £26.25 a month for 6 months then £29.25 for 6 months on a 12 month contract. Retention deal.
