Virgin treatment of existing customers vs new ones always makes me laugh

I agree with you totally. There again most providers don't appreciate their existing customers once they are onboard. I've been with them for many years. I have followed the advise on here to call VM customer retention line and I've been offered nothing. I am moving to a new area that VM do not supply. Anyone know if there is an early cancellation charges in this circumstance?

Yes, normally you have to pay how ever many months are left on your contract
Anybody had any good retention deals recently. Need to haggle my price down and always good to know what others have got.
Just switched to Virgin, already problems with billing, if not resolved will cancel and go back to sky

That's what I did with them, and got my reduced from £53 to £23 per month.
Sorry I meant £53 to £30 per month
They also don’t have access to UKTV channels which include Dave, Alibi, W etc and still charge the same amount.
