Any M100 deals? It's showing for £33 on that website :/
Plz edit the price to £19.75/ month post bill credit and £ 17.25 post quidco cash back.
You can also get the £30 Cashback from topCashback if you don’t like Quidco

I phone them every year when my deal is about to finish and tell them bt or sky have offered me a deal at £30 to return. I've been on m100,player(I never use it,as I stream everything)and talk weekend at £35,for the last 2 years.

Are you serious? You say its 30 quid a month elsewhere just to get virgin for 35 quid a month? :/

My VM 200mb service is 22 quid a month. 👌Used to be 28 with phone, but dont need a phone line anymore, too 80s.

How??? I know there are some pretty good retentions deals but that seems absurdly good!

I'm currently haggling for my next contract. Want BB (100mb is ok) for under £25 per month but struggling to get them close to even that let alone 200mb at £22 , you must be a master negotiator or else you work for them

Tbh i cant remember how i did it. Didnt do anything special, I guess you don't tell them you can get it for £XX amount elsewhere. Far from a master negotiator, i cant even get a good deal when mobile contracts end, don't work for them either. I have more than 1 discount applied to my account that i can see when i log in. When my current deal expires in 3 months, i shall call them and simply ask for the same deal again.

Do you know if existing customers can downgrade without penalty.
I am paying £42 foe vm 100 boardband, basic crap free view channels and a phone line which does not even have a phone connected.
I was told the last time I complained I could not get a cheaper package, even though I only require Internet.
If you go with Virgin you'll regret it.

I can’t wait for my contract to end, worst service I have ever received, had nothing but problems with billing since I joined. Stay away
pease23/12/2019 00:03

How thanks

Well it was actually Black Friday deal. We also both got £50 credit as I had referred her as I'm already a Virgin customer.
Edited by: "DigitalFootprint" 23rd Dec 2019
That’s an excellent deal most I can get it £32 on a call back from retentions team

I just renegotiated my M100 deal which was £27pm for the first year and agreed to pay £28.50pm from Jan.
Retentions called me twice... I gave in when they couldn't offer me better than £29 for 200MB and phone line

I wish had more options for my BB. I can only get FTTP and it’s expensive with it all being BT and not really having other providers to make it competitive.

Good deal, this is.
Surprise, surprise...

Never any deals for current customers.
Been a customer for several years and was paying £66 a month.

You should be getting a better deal. I think you shot yourself in the foot by saying others are offering it for 30. If you're happy to pay 35 though that's ok, still cheaper than most others are getting it for.
Rubbish customer service

Why is an engineer visit required for termination?

I signed up to the 100mb deal just over a week ago and selected an installation date of mid January. I would hold out for a better year end deal rather than the one posted in this thread.
I'm also getting texts every 3 days offering £50 bill credit if I move the installation date to before 31/12.
