Same here, offer from £3 to upgrade to various bundles
Be careful they don't put you on a new contract when you click it.
My upgrades are all completely off.

I can add talk more weekends for only £22 pm or from Mix to Fun house for £65 a month more......

Virgin haven't got a clue
18 pounds for the bt package sucks, would love it for the ufc so I don't have to go on kodi
Nothing for me. Rubbish website. Half of the things don’t work.
Currently on £31 full house, 200mb and weekend only calls. Hoping to keep the same deal or something even better this year!
Mine gone up to £87 this month after end of contract. Going to call them tomorrow to see if they can offer me good deal. If not going to say adios...

Rude.
Sorry, we're unable to change your package online. Give us a call on 0345 454 1111 and we’ll be happy to help.

Keep in mind they had an offer going on and fellow dealers here had managed to get 2 V6 for the same price while I didn't. It was around mid December last year.

Hold it out. I've heard they might give you better deals if another network asks them for your number so they know you're not messing around.
But it's a big MIGHT.

okay, thank you, I will wait a week.
I think they have been fully trained to say no....armed with full details of internet usage and tv usage quoting exactly what you use and say won't get a better deal anywhere...I for one cannot afford this any more...free view ( I'm reluctant to say ) here I come...😞
There's a department beyond retentions, which you only get put through to when another company puts through a request to take the number.
I went through all this last year, I signed up to BT with a totally fabulous and cracking deal which I eventually cancelled under the cooling off period after Virgin offered to pay my line rental for the year and maintain my current deal.
My current deal is unlimited phone calls, 100mb download speed, medium+ television package for £25 a month. Am not looking forward to the aggravation of having to go through all this again shortly, it's hard work every 12 months.
