This is a new customer deal. I left Virgin yesterday and have signed up to the BT deal which is 50mb less than I am currently on. I have been with Virgin for years, having to renegotiate a new deal every 12 months. My contract had gone up to £43 a month for 100mb and weekend calls. They would only drop this to £37 and £29 for 50mb. This is a good deal for NEW customers and it’s a shame it’s not available for existing customers.

I'm with virgin and you can never get what new customers get. you have to pay more if you're an existing customer . There's no reward for loyalty anymore just higher prices, which is why I'll be leaving as soon as my contract expires.

No worries. Thanks for posting the image Have a good day
I got the BT deal for my folks yesterday which works around the same price per month for 18 months. It has more value but slower speeds. However speed isn't an issue for them so I'm leaning towards BT plus theirs the added value of the tech gift. Hmmm dilemma or not
Is this for new customers only?

You're paying 27 a month? That doesn't really sound like a win when it's being advertised for 25 on your website :/
I went for the talktalk broadband for £19.95 and after cashback works out to be £15.50. However, wondering if I should cancel and get this instead? Virgin is faster but the speed isn’t an issue..

I would assume so. A new customer is much more valuable than an existing customer of course. They pay with better money.

have to agree with Chocci we are on BB only 200 and pay £21 on an offer, last year £26 on another offer, best deals are normally when they do the price increase in October and its worth doing the dance then. Saying that there have been posts on here with 100 for £21 recently and thought that was high. But as long as you are happy thats the main thing

How is it £18.75 a month isn't it £25 a month because of the £75 bill credit?
What do you need to be new customer?

How is it £18.75 a month isn't it £25 a month because of the £75 bill cr …How is it £18.75 a month isn't it £25 a month because of the £75 bill credit?

Basically it is technically £25 a month for 12 months, correct. But when you subtract the credit from the total amount and then divide back by 12 months, the overall cost per month comes down to 18.75. As a maths example:

25 x 12 = 300 then 300 - 75 = 225

225 / 12 = 18.75
When you cancel you cancellation, what price do you go back to ???? Full normal price of your package or whatever you were suppose to pay before cancelling????
