Can't see the offer either on website or in "my offers" of virgin media

Fake deal. Does not exist. No 30 days contract.

Told me they were being forced to by OFCOM total lie called them out on it and got an official apology.

Good luck with retention you might be lucky or get someone who tells you they don’t need to talk to you once you get to the person giving you your PAC.

Probably their crappy 3G. I just scrapped 3 £9 (2 x 1Gb, 2Gb) sims i,ve had for about 3 years and moved to Plusnet which got me 4G 5Gb data unlimited minutes unlimited texts for £10. Last time i rang virgin they tried to charge me an extra £3 on each sim just to go 4G. Time to change the home broadband now.

Is it not...

300MB
of fast 4G data (4g not 4gb?)

300
minutes

Unlimited texts

Even this is £6.

No was thinking about this for my daughter as currently on plus net at £5 but with less allowances.

I received a call from Virgin about month ago offering this, so it is, or was, available.

'However we don't offer this deal.'

A similar deal to the one OP is referring to but with slightly less minutes was available via USwitch website about 2-3 months ago - I managed to get one. It was not advertised on virgin media's website so it could be that this is the case here - worth checking uswitch.

VM tell me that deal doesn’t exist. I’m a long standing high use customer.

Carphone warehouse do the virgin mobile 30 day rolling contracts

VM say's there no such offer

In my exclusive offer on virgin media can get 4gb data for £8 a month but it's a 12 month contract

No link.
Did get this by calling retention?

Received an outbound sales call from an agent named "Oscar" in the Philippines saying the same thing when I explained that I'd already verbally submitted my cancellation notice on a previous call as I'd registered with PlusNet mobile for 5GB data, unlimited calls and texts for £10 per month.

Virgin customer is awful and they don't provide a smart usage cap unlike other providers so it's incredibly easy to exceed your limit and waste money without knowing.

Their website and app don't refresh your allowance often enough and SMS warnings usually arrive too late in the day after you've already gone over your limit vs £2 min cap with PlusNet.

Got this offer on my virgin page like one of the people above
4GB Mobile SIM - £8 a month Superfast 4G data 2,500 minutes Unlimited texts 12 month contract Data rollover: keep your unused data

I also cannot find this deal but if you are a virgin mobile customer I urge you to regularly review the"manage my add-ons" part of your account. This regularly includes extra data and money off add-ons for no cost. I'm currently getting 9GB of 4G, 2500 mins and unlimited texts for £7 per month.

I took out the 5GB, 2500 mins, UL texts, rollover offer for £10 posted on here in June but have had a lifetime £2 off in July followed by a £1 lifetime off and lifetime triple data for free offer this month. So that was £10 less £2 less £1 = £7; 2GB standard data plus extra 3GB for free, triple the 2GB = 9GB total. And, I still get the up to 2GB rollover data.

Did you have to call or could you see it on your account? Is it a Virgin media or Virgin mobile deal? Are you an existing customer?

There are lies lies and this

I'm a Virgin Broadband customer, presume I can't get this?

It’s a bit like this invisible offer which no one can find. 🤔

If it exists and people understand how to access it, it's a potentially scorching deal.

Fair enough.

They deliberately make cancellation as painful as possible when you chose to migrate elsewhere forcing you to speak on the phone with an advisor as web chat won't directly accept cancellation requests and provide their phone number instead.

Barely literate advisors take your call and hang when you attempt to log a complaint regarding poor service and extortionate charges incurred from non-existent usage caps.

You receive automated usage warning via SMS hours after having exceeded limit and their app and web page don't show allowance in real-time but delayed stats as well.

I understand you're not a fan. I can understand that, but every mobile network has detractors. This thread is trying to establish whether there really is a market leading 30 day rolling contract for £4 per month that people can actually get. Let's try to keep focus on that.
