So because Virgin want to help out and give customers additional channels for free for a month (during this pandemic), you want to complain that you are still paying for the channels you chose to pay for?...

It’s for a month, hardly cause for you to worry yourself...

Fantastic. Thank you virgin media
New Dynamo in Sky One tonight, will watch on catch up tomorrow
nice one. thank god i don't pay for the TV package
i just have the basic tv so this is a bonus to me. sky arts alone is the one thats most of interest but sky one is useful too. those are the two i use the most on now tv catchup. i wonder if i can use a virgin app on my firestick to watch those channels
If you’re on top pack you get free kids channels too.

We are in lockdown so we're alive and that is the biggest benefit you can get
Great deal for long standing customers 🔥

Why would they, Virign aren't taking anything away from them so why would they be elegible to claim any sort of money back?
I have the top package so I get these anyway. It doesn’t bother me that they’re giving them to people that haven’t got that package. The only thing I would say is that maybe they think that some people may like the extra channels and get used to having them and once lockdown is over some will choose to pay extra for them and keep the channels so in effect at the moment Virgin are dangling a carrot but making it look like they are doing you a favour. Just a thought.

Geez. Every Tom Dick and Harry is after something for nothing these days
Sky Sports, what are you going to watch, movies would be better as we are all stuck in the house!
Yey syfy channel. Happy get fox from the other freebie so can watch war of the worlds
Not sure what the point is in having the sky sports channels, I already have the others

Don't think it's cocky or necessarily a bad question. Give everyone a little more. They make enough money.

Don't care either way myself.
The worst customer service award goes to.....virgin

Worst customer service goes to Virgin, how exactly?! They’re giving customers something for nothing?! Do explain. You’d moan if someone gave you £1m wouldn’t you, saying it’s not enough or something like that.
I've never really understood the criticism of Virginmedia. I've been with them years. The rare problems are fixed quickly, it's easy to haggle a deal and the broadband is the best by a country mile. Have I just been lucky? 😳
Well don't I feel like an idiot. Last night paid for nowtv entertainment for a year. Paid 59.99..so I could watch Dynamo...(plus side now have it for a year) annnnd now wake up to this.
What is Movies 2? No sign of it on my box
